Thalassophobia; fear of the ocean. You kept this a secret having been pulled under the surface of water from high currents as a child, almost sending you into a watery grave. Ever since then, ever since almost loosing your life from the depths of the ocean, you're horrified of it. You've done well to keep your distance from any water, lucky for you, however today was not your day. When your phone went off you saw it was Ibuki and knew something was up. She usually texts you when there's a get together or she has some diabolical plan for God knows what.

This time, she had plans for a beach party. 'Oh God..'  Inhaling deeply through your nose, you texted right back that you can't go, that you're sick so no beach for you. 'Phew...Sorry Ibuki, but if there's water....I can't'  Mental images of almost dying in the dark abyss of the water flashed through your head like a violent picture book causing you to shutter, the buzzing of your phone again causing you to snap out of your traumatic thoughts.

"Ah please! Ibuki knows that Y/N-Chan likes Gundham and he will be there!" Your heart instantly jumped into your throat. 'Gundham will be there...'  Shit. You have a massive crush on Hamster Boi and now you were having second thoughts. Ibuki also knows how much you like him and she knew this was the perfect ammo to use against you. 'Damn her....'  You sighed as you had a mental debate whether to go or not before giving in, your stomach doing nervous flips as you texted back that you will indeed go, even though thoughts in the back of your head were screaming at you.

"Ibuki is very pleased! Ibuki and the others will see you tomorrow at 3PM!" Great. 'This is when I die..'  Either from the water, or due to blood loss from your nose because Gundham will not be wearing a shirt. You prayed it was from the second one. It was very difficult to sleep that night, a nightmare of the ocean even waking you up, but regardless you woke up and got ready for a day at the beach. 'Please tell me this won't backfire..'  As you drove to the beach you sat in your car for at least five minutes wanting to turn around and drive home, the fear beginning to swallow you whole as the sounds of the waves reached your ears, your palms starting to sweat.

'It will be fine. I don't even have to do anything in the water...right? I can survive this... Gundham will be here, I'll just hang out with him.'  Gripping the steering wheel, you quickly let go and exited your car with your towel as you walked down to the beach, the sand soft and light as you sunk lightly with each step you took. Your friends were already there running around and laughing at one another, some splashing each other in the water which made your legs almost buckle in nerves. With a sudden tickle at your ankle, you blinked and glanced down to see what this was, only to smile in relief. Gundham's Deva's were at your feet, their cute little fuzzy faces nuzzling into your skin as if they knew you were scared.

"Hey little guys." You cooed as you bent down to pet them, their fur soft and warm as usual. "Ah! So this is where my minions have ran off to." That voice made you squeak as you quickly stood up, your face a light hue of pink as you became face to face with your crush. Your face heated up more seeing his perfect chiseled pale chest as he stood in black shorts, his scarf still on. His eyes quickly looked to the side away from you, his own cheeks a little red upon seeing you. "Good evening fair Maiden, it appears my Deva's have sensed your arrival." You nodded shyly as you watched the Deva's scurry back up to Gundham to burrow back into his scarf.
