After locking the basement door, I turned around and see an adorable prince staring at me intently though his expression wasn't so adorable.

"What did you do to him?" He asked angrily, putting his hands on his hips.

Was he angry at me? That I locked away his "almost-savior"?

I kept my silence and walked past him. I couldn't ruin him and tell him what I was going to do.

Prince Naruto raised his voice and sternly commanded, "Let him go!"
I stopped myself, contemplating. But I reminded myself I wouldn't lose the prince.

And so, I continued moving.

If only the prince could see, everything I'm doing is for him.

"Sasuke Uchiha! I said let him go!" The voice from behind continued it's demanding. But it fell on deaf ears.

He ran up the stairs and to me, he grabbed my forearm. "Sasuke Uchiha, how dare you defy me!"

"Don't touch me." I replied coldly without facing him.

"Sasuke Uchiha, I am a prince-"

"And this isn't your kingdom." I pulled back my hands and continued walking, leaving him behind.

"It's mine." I muttered under my breath indifferently.

I shut the door and sat on my bed. My hands ran through my hair as I sighed heavily. What am I doing? I'm simply hurting Prince Naruto. I want him so bad, but I'm holding him here against his will.
What can I do to make you love me, Naruto?

I heard my door creaked open and I immediately looked up. Prince Naruto appeared behind it.
"What is it?" I asked, surprised to see him here.
"I want to talk to you.." He seemed down.
I pat the spot beside me on my bed before he sat down.

He turned and facing towards me, the prince spoke seriously, "You aren't going to kill him, are you?"

Damn, it's about Sai again.

"I have to. He might be dangerous."
I quickly responded with the first excuse that came to my mind.

"And what if he isn't?" He held my hands, "Sasuke, it's terrifying to be locked in a dark basement, all alone." Sounding very convincing and full of concern.

Oh, Naruto.. Aren't you innocent. The world is much more cruel and evil than it seems. You just don't know it yet, and until you do, I will protect you from it.

I returned his grasp on his hands, gently. "You can't risk your life to find out if he's dangerous or not."

Prince Naruto giggled, "I won't. You'll be here with me right?"

I was taken aback. All the ideas ran through my head to use Sai as an excuse for Naruto to stick with me in the house. I smirked, "I can't protect you at night while you're asleep unless you're sleeping with me."

The prince's eyes widen, before he blushed slightly. "R..right."

I nodded and headed downstairs to free the prisoner.
"Sai, you'll remain in this house for now. Like the prince, you'll be free to roam but a single mistake and I'll end your life." I warned him.

"Did the prince told you to set me free?" His interest and curiosity just keeps growing huh.

Sai took off and immediately looked for the Prince. I found him in my room and he ended up speaking to the prince after all. Both of them were chatting oh so fucking happily as I felt my blood boil.

Naruto glanced over and finally noticed me after I stood there for awhile, "Haha! Sasuke, look! I told you he wasn't dangerous!"

Naruto was trusting, too trusting.
His naiveness could kill him, literally.

"Sai, get the hell out of my room." I signaled him out.

But before Sai could get a chance to reply, the prince interrupted. "Why, Sasuke, why?"
I seemed to have ruined their bonding session like a parent dealing with children.
It pissed me off, it damn hell did.
It was a stupid idea after all.
The shit I do for Naruto.. What is he turning me into?

"It's my room, that's why." I folded my arms and leaned against my bedroom's door frame while staring at the "kids" on my bed.
"Oh, understood." Naruto got up, "Come on Sai, let's go to my room." He continued.

Alert. Alert.
Sai plus Naruto plus room equals Danger.

I blocked my room's entrance and disallowed Naruto's exit.

"What do you think you're doing, Naruto?"

"What do you mean?" He tilted his head, not getting any of this. "Yeah, what do you mean?" Sai's voice trailed with ignorance yet I know how cunning he can be.

I grabbed Sai's collar and threw him out of the room and slammed the door.
"We made a deal before I let him out." I folded my arms again, pissed off.

"Hey, he's a really nice person!" The prince folded his arms as well, defending Sai.

"You barely know him." I fought back.

"No, Sasuke! YOU barely know him."

My god.. This kid will be the death of me.
