Chapter 36 I'm What?!!

"Do you have to go?" I moan, not wanting to let him go.

Weeks have gone by and Thanos has vanished off the face of the universe. But it's rumoured that he is still alive but in hiding. Because of this, Odin has requested that a small army of well-trained solider to go and look for him. And he is making Loki go with them for a few days.

He signs as the army begin to leave through the bifrost, "Believe me, I don't want go but I must. I will be back before you know it."

I kiss him and he kisses me back, before leaving my side.

"I love you." I call out to him.

He smiles, "I love you to." And then he disappears through the portal.

God, I'm going to miss him. And I don't really want to be alone in Asgard. Maybe I should visit my parents and then see Thor and the Avengers. That would be fun.

I turn to Heimdell, "Can I go to earth for a few days? I want to visit my parents."

He nods, "As you wish Scarlett, safe travel."

Then I go through the bifrost and then through the rainbow of light. Before I know it, I am standing outside my family home. I haven't been here since I was... since I was taken away. I never thought I would ever be back here.

I go up to the door and knock. The door opens and my mother stands in the doorway.

"Hi mum."

She smiles brightly, "Scarlett!!" She pulls me into a hug, "It's so good to see you. What are you doing here?"

I smile, "Loki is away and I thought I would come and see you for a few days. And then visit my friends."

"That's great. Come in, come in. Jackson, we have got a visitor."

She leads me inside and its exactly as I remember it. Its like nothing has changed. The flowy wallpaper and the fluffy white carpet. Not to forget the pictures in frames on the wall.

I'm home.

We go into the living room and my dad is slouched on the sofa, drinking a beer.

He jumps up when he sees me, "Scarlett, my girl, welcome home." He pulls me into a hug, "We have missed you."

I smile as I pull away, "I've missed you both."

"So, what's been happening on Asgard?" My father asks as I sit beside them on the sofa.

"Well..." I begin explaining everything that has been going on from, dying and being brought back to life by Hela until where I kicked Thanos arse.

Their jaws have dropped and eyes are wide in shock after I have finished. A lot has happened since I saw him.

My father is the first to speak, "I never thought you would be so... amazing."

"My strong daughter." My mother says with a smile, "I'm just glad you are alright."

Suddenly a feeling washes over me and I begin to feel dizzy. I make to stand up but I collapse and everything goes black.

Not sure how long it has been when I begin to wake. But I have a pounding headache and I can hear the sound of voices. What happened to me?

I open my eyes and my vision is blurry but soon it adjusts. I'm on the sofa with my mother and father leaning over me.

"What just happened?" I ask as I sit up slowly.

"Take it easy, you just collapsed." He says.

My mother looks me up and down, then her face goes pale, "When was the last you had your ... you know ... your period."

My eyes widen as I try to remember but I can't. oh no, I can't be. Mum leaves the room for a sec and then comes back in, holding a new pregnancy test.

"Just to be sure."

I reluctantly take it before going to the bathroom. Five minutes later, I step out the bathroom and go into the living room. They look at me, desperate to know the answer.

I look down at it and I gasp, "I'm pregnant. Oh, my god, I'm going to have a baby."
