Chapter 56 Infinity War

Its early in the morning when we begin evacuating people from Asgard as the war is beginning. The soldiers of Asgard are escorting the people to the bifrost so they can be sent to Vanheim. Camps have been set up there so at least the people will be ok.

Thanos is coming and we must protect the people. Loki, myself and Thor are staying behind with the guardians to fight and my friends from earth are coming to join us. Then we can protect the infinity stones.

We have just finished evacuating the people when Heimdell alerts us that our friends are coming. I stand beside Loki as the bifrost activates again and then my friends appear.

Tony comes forward and smiles, "Scarlett, you are a sight for sore eyes."

I hug him, "I just wish we could meet under better circumstances, its good to see you Stark." I then smile at my other friends, "Its good to see you all."

Steve, Natasha, Clint, Bruce, Wanda and Vision greet me, pulling me into hugs before Tony introduces me to Peter Parker , the new avenger. He is the Spiderman. Then Steven Strange known as Doctor Strange introduces himself and he is the one holding the last infinity stone, time stone. Now with the mind and time stone, Thanos will come.

We escort everyone inside the palace and once we are inside, the defences go up and the soldiers that have decided to stay, go to there stations. We go straight into the throne room where a table has been laid out with refreshments. Guardians are already there and they greet my friends before joining me, Loki and Thor around the table.

I stand beside Loki at the head of the table and now that everyone is aquatinted, we get down to business.

Loki speaks up, "Thank you everyone for coming. As everyone knows, Thanos is on his way to get the last infinity stones. We have all security measures in place and the army on high alert."

Thor nods, "Yes they are ready. Even the secret entrances to Asgard have either been destroyed or been blocked."

"Whats the plan then?" Tony asks

"We need to set up grounds of defence." Loki explains, "Guardians can attack from above with their newly repaired ship and be part of the outer defences. Everyone else will be inside the palace while the army will patrol by the Bifrost and the lower town. Heimdell will warn us through Astro projection when he arrives."

Peter Q then speaks up, "What about the stones? We need to protect them and the infinity."

"I can protect the time stone." Steven insists.

Vision nods, "I can protect mine as well."

Steven looks at me, "I'm sure I can say the same about the infinity."

Everyone who doesn't know raises their eyebrows and looks at me.

"Whats going on?" Natasha asks as she looks at me, "Whats the infinity?"

I take a breath, "I'm the infinity. I have the powers of all infinity stones in my veins as well as my own power."

All my friends look at me in shock but Loki keeps an arm around me, he knows I'm a target but doesn't know how much danger I am in.

Steven speaks up, "I guessed as much. I can see the powers in your veins."

I smile, "I can protect myself."

Peter rolls his eyes as he looks at me, "You didn't tell him? Did you? She's in a lot more danger then anyone of us."

Loki looks at me confused, "Whats going on?"

I sign in frustration, "Peter told me when he first arrived what Thanos true intentions are for me. He wants to drain me off my magic after he gets the stones, so he will be twice as powerful." I look at Loki, "It will kill me."
