The Saviour (Loki Love Story)

Chapter 44 Banished

A few hours later, guards also being controlled by Thanos, opened the cells and put us in chains before dragging us out the dungeons. Out the palace all the way to the Bifrost. I'm kept a distance from Loki and I focus on my magic, knowing I only have one shot to save Asgard and ourselves.

I prepare to use my magic as we all stand outside on the Bifrost. Heimdell is being held back by guards with Frigga, Thor and Loki beside him. While I'm being held next to Odin surrounded by guards.

Odin or should I say Thanos chuckles, "Odin did always love banishing people. Scarlett, it is my pleasure to banish you from Asgard."

"I bet it is. But I have one question before you do, why do you hate me so much? Originally, you targeted me because of me breaking your hold on Loki all so long ago. So why are you targeting me now?"

He glares at me, "Banish her now!!"

The guards activate the bifrost and I use every  single drop of my magic and fire it at all the guards and Odin at once. The moment I do I feel weaker and then I see the guards snap out of it and so does Odin. He looks around confused.

"What is going on here?" He asks.

Suddenly I'm grabbed from behind and I look at the guards holding me and they are Chitauri. Shit. And I'm too weak to fight back.

"Scarlett!!." I hear Loki

I struggle as I'm dragged towards the bifrost and the last thing I hear before I'm pushed in and sucked into the Bifrost portal. Is Loki screaming my name.

I'm falling and then I see a green light and everything goes black.

Loki's POV

The Bifrost shuts before I can reach her and I punch it in frustration. She trusted me to save her, I must find her. I can't let her down.

"Heimdell, can you see her?"

He runs up to his podium and then he frowns, "She's not on Alfheim. She never left Asgard but I can't see her."

My eyes widen, "If she's still on Asgard, where is she?"

"I don't know. Someone took her from the Bifrost with extreme power, nothing Thanos could process."

I sign, "We have to find her."

Thor appears at my side, "We will find her, we will begin a search party right away."

I nod, trying to control my temper. I need to find her. She trusted me to save her but now she is gone.

My father speaks up, "What's going on?"

I turn to him, "What's going on is that Thanos took control of you and all the guards. And he sentenced Scarlett to be banished. But she saved you and still she was pulled into the Bifrost only for her to be teleported out of the Bifrost and vanish into thin air."

His eyes widen, "We will find her son."

"We better."

Scarlett's POV

Ahh, my head hurts. My eyes slowly open and I don't think I'm on Alfheim or in Thanos domain either. I'm in some sort of an old-fashioned cottage. How strange.

I sit up on the sofa and this place looks like something from a fairy tale.

How did I end up here? Wasn't I? Who teleported me out the bifrost?

I hope Loki will find me. I know he will. I trust him and I love him. And with Asgard now safe, I'm sure they will find me.

Then I sense it, a magical presence close by and it isn't Loki. A woman appears in the middle of the room. Her hair is gold with a green band in it and is wearing a green dress.

She smiles at me, "Welcome Scarlett, please relax, I mean you no harm."

I raise my eyebrows, "How do you know my name? How did I get here? Who are you?"

"I am the Enchantress and when I saw you being pulled into the Bifrost against your will. I couldn't resist pulling you out."

"You were watching us?"

She chuckles, "Yes I saw the whole thing. And I must say you are incredibly powerful, it is quite hard to break someone out of such tight control. But I assume you still feel weak."

"A bit, I will recover. Thanks for pulling me out but where I am?" I ask.

"Oh, you are still on Asgard. In my cottage in the forest."

I make to stand up but I wobble and she sits me back down, "You are still weak. And while you recover, I want to talk to you."

"Why? What do you want from me?"

"No, you don't get my meaning." She sits beside me, "I wanted to talk to you as you are such a... legend. Surely you know about the prophecies?"

I shake my head and she chuckles, "Oh, no one has told you. What about your powers? Do you even know about them?" I shake my head again and she explains, "You are a lot more powerful then you think and your powers will continue to get stronger. You have the power of all the infinity stones in your veins as well as your own. A gift given to you when you were born."

I nod as she continues, "Because of your powers, you are known in all prophecies as the Saviour of Asgard. Protecting Asgard from Ragnorak but more importantly, stopping the infinity war. The infinity."

My eyes widen, "I'm going to be the saviour of Asgard?"

"You will be. But not yet."

She gets up from the sofa as I let the information seek in. I have the powers of the infinity stones in my veins, and I'm the saviour of Asgard. And this means all these prophecies are about me... saving Asgard... but why is she telling me all this? Why did she help me? Why didn't she just teleport me back to the palace with Loki? I don't like this. And yet I'm too weak to move to get out of here, I doubt I can even use my powers at all.

"Why are you telling me all this?" I ask.

"So, you know what I am doing next is nothing against you." She says.

My eyes widen, "What?"

She begins chanting a spell and I try to get up and run but end up collapsed on the floor, my body failing me.

She chuckles, "I am so sorry Scarlett, but I guess I lied when I said I wasn't going to hurt you. I want Asgard and your darling Loki at my feet. And for that, I need you out the way. But I can't interfere with the prophecies so I'm going to wipe all your memories of Loki. Change them so you don't remember him at all."

I try to move away from her as her hands glow brightly.

"Please let me go!!"

She grabs me by the throat and I struggle as she lifts me up to my feet, "Loki will be with me. And with no memory's Loki will be mine for the taking. And then I turn him back to the way he was before he met you. And we will stand tall as Asgard falls."

I struggle, my voice croaking at the tight grip on my throat, "I won't let you."

She chuckles, "How can you stop me if you can't remember?"

Then her hand glowing with the enchantment touches my forehead and then I black out.
