The angry voice rumbled deep and loud across the small beach.

My attention was drawn to a young guy, packed with muscles. His rage evident from the veins swelling down his neck and across his bare chest. He was breathing heavily, staring at us with pain in his eyes. I knew right away what was going down, I would look just like him if I were in his shoes.

I still held Jen's waist in my arm.

The muscle took a step closer as she spoke.

"Jarred, I'm so sorry".

He began to shake, he must have been pissed. Her words were all wrong.

He yelled again, his boiling eyes locked on mine.

"Sorry! Sorry, who the fuck is this guy"?

I spoke up for the first time looking at Jenny.

"Would you two like to talk or something"?

Jen opened her mouth to speak but muscles yelled again.

"Take your hands off her man"!

I had been fairly alert but played relaxed, so as to not escalate the issue. That was until he ordered me to take my hands off my woman.

She was never going to be his again, he just didn't know it yet.

I took stock of my surroundings. Jen and I stood next to the shower, a single metal pole with jets at the top and bottom. Behind us was a 3 foot tall brick wall separating us from the sandy beach. Muscles had a parking lot behind him full of cars facing our way.

My reply was short and to the point.

"Sir, would you be so kind as to lower your voice in our presence".

Jen giggled at the comment, muscles looked at us, puzzling over his next move before he spoke again.

"Look man, I don't want to hurt you ok. Just take your hands off her before I get pissed"!

Again I replied in kind.

"Sir, I have warned you. Now if you wish to talk to Jennifer, I suggest you contact her via the mail".

He stepped forward again as he spoke.

"You are warning me! I'll kill you man"!

He charged, his body lunged forward as he yelled. I released my hold on Jen and stepped to the side. He came right in, fury evident on his body as muscled flexed. I flinched from a huge right hand punch flying towards my face. Muscles grinned as he swung!

I parried his advance, slipping to one side. My right hand pushed slightly downward on the back of his head as he passed. Furious anger on his face changed to fear as he smashed his nose into the brick wall at our feet.

Jen looked at me smiling at her disbelief.

She and I backed toward the parking lot as muscles shook his head. Crimson drops fell to the hard walkway. His face was covered in red, raw from the impact with the rough surface.

He looked pissed standing there shaking and bloody.

Jen began to talk to him first.

"Jarred, please call me later. I'm sorry for all this".

He never even looked her way, but growled at me instead.

"I'm going to rip your head off"!

He charged again, this time from a longer distance.

I jumped forward closing the space between us, and caught him off guard. He tried for another double leg take down, the classic jock wrestling move. His head was down, arms open wide in an attempt to constrict my body.

He bent over just as my right knee flew forward, a loud smack resounded as it collided with his jaw!

The swollen jocks neck snapped back as he fell to the ground unconscious.

I couldn't believe my luck!

I grabbed hold of Jen's hand and walked over to collect our surf boards. She stared at Jarred sleeping body between two parked cars.

He slept peacefully, she watched with arms crossed around her large chest. The black bikini hugged her body perfectly. She turned and looked at me, her green eyes in tears as she thought of her former boyfriend. His muscular body lay battered and broken on the concrete below her feet.

"I'm sorry Jen, he brought this upon himself".

She cracked a small smile.

"He was the strongest man I had ever met Marcus, I loved him once. You amaze me often sir, simply amazing. Will he be ok"?

"Yeah, he's tough guy"!

We left him there and walked back to the beach house hand in hand. I had no intention of hurting that man, he left me no choice but to act against him.

Jen held my bicep and smiled as we strolled down the boardwalk.

I think she forgot all about muscles...
