Dear You,
Today is a big day for me. I will be going to meet my doctor who will determine what stage is my cancer is and what type. A lot of thoughts are swirling in my mind right now... Can I defeat this cancer? At what stage am I? How long I'm going to live? Will I die?
You see, Sister Aimee asked for some help and luckily there is a good samaritan out there (a doctor must I add) extended her helping hand for those in need. Sister said that the doctor wants to see my case and she will help in anything that she can.
I am ready to meet her and thank her in advance for her help. Just seeing me and take some tests is a great deal for me how much more for the things that she will be shouldering from now on.
I do have money but not much. My money in the bank plus my savings in my piggy bank plus the little money Hyun and the kids have scrounge up is definitely not enough. The Sisters also said that there will be money coming up as the benefit for their charity is for my recovery but it is selfish for me to depend on them coz I'm not the only child in their care. I also know that I'll be 18 in a few months and I'm not their responsibility anymore.
I appreciate all their efforts and I can't thank them enough. All I've got to do is fight my way through this cancer and pay them back by being healthy again.
Time to park my pen coz Sister Aimee is calling me. I'll update you later.
