Chapter 13 - Lets Play a Game!!!

I was just at home listening to the calming sounds of the clock hands tick,

I was soo bored,

And lonely,

I had no plans for a while...

And its rare for me to go out...

Unless if theres a party or I have to buy groceries and missions yes I go out,

But today in particular I was bored,

For the past few days I would go outside and train till I collapsed,

No one would know that I did that,

So I would always wake up there in that place probably caught by the rain,

Today I had told myself to rest so here I am...

After about more than half of the day of me wasting my time listening and watching the clock tick,

Then siddenly I heard my doorbell ring,

*ding dong*

Distrupting the calm sounds of the clock,

I wondered who it could be and went to my door,

I looked at the tiny peep hole and saw,

'Shikadai?',

I thought as my mind raced on reasons why be was here,

Such as:

'Did I forget something?',

'Did I do anything stupid?',

'Does he need anything?',

'Do I need anything?',

'Did he find me looking stupid somewhere?'

I opened the door as the list in my mind went on and on,

"O-ohio Shikadai-kun",

I greeted as We met eye-to-eye,

"Ohio",

Shikadai replied plainly,

"Shikadai-kun what a surprise! What are you doing here?",

I asked as politely as I could,

"Well... you 'probably' havent been told, but we have a reunion from the academy... well I know its a drag but-",

He said as I cut him off saying,

"Well I havent had plans recently so...",

He then said,

"Okay! I'll pick you up at 8?",

"Sure! Well see ya!",

I replied smiling,

He then left waving,

I dont know why but every time Im near him,

Every time I talk to him,

My heart starts to pitter-patter,

Am I in lo-,

I mentally slapped myself as I got back in the house.
