Calum-sick at school

calum's pov-

I woke up feeling sick to my stomach.

" calum honey get up youre gonna be late for school" I heard me mom yell from downstairs.

school the 6 letter word we all hate. but today I hate it even more because I feel like complete shit.

I grabbed my phone and saw a text from luke.

L- hey cal ashton is taking us to school today want us to pick you up.

c- yeah ill be ready in 5 minutes

L- ok see ya then

I got out of bed and grabbed a random shirt that was one the floor.

honestly I didn't care if I was wearing sweats today. I left me hair a complete mess.

as I walked out the door my mom stopped me.

" calum aren't you forgetting something" she asked

"no " I told her

"breakfast" she said.

"mom im not hungry" I said.

" calum at least eat a piece of toast" she said handing it to me

"fine mom but I have to go love you" I said shoving the piece of toast down me throat.

then I walked out the door.

ashton pulled up with luke and Michael in the car.

"hey cal " ashton said.

" hey ash" I mumbled.

"you ok cal youre quite pale mate" luke said.

" my stomachs just a little uneasy" I said as my stomach let out a nasty sound.

" a little" Michael question

" yes Michael a little" I snapped

" ok sorry we are just looking out for you mate"luke said.

we pulled up to the school and all walked in

luke and I have the same first period

we walked into mrs. gostling's class and I walked to my desk and luke stopped to tell the teacher something.

Luke's pov -

" morning mrs. gostling I just wanted to let you know that calum isn't feeling to well this morning so if he starts to feel sick I offer to take him to the nurse." I told our maths teacher.

" ok thank you luke and of corse you can take him. because im already aware of the situation you don't even have to ask to go you can just leave" she said with a smile.

" thank you for understanding" I said then walk to my seat next to calum.

we were in the middle of talking about square roots when calums stomach made a painful sounding noise then he looked up with a panicked look on his face. I immediately grabbed our bags and rushed him out grabbing the trash can on the way out.

" im gonna be sick" calum said gagging

I basically threw the trash can at him and took him to the nurse.

" hello boys how may I assist you today" the nurse said.

" are you oblivious or something hes puking his guts out and you ask how you can assist us." I said pissed off.

" im sorry love have him sit down and Ill take his temperature" she said.

"ok thanks " I said.

" and honey im going to send you home to you are a little pale yourself" she added

" but im not sick." I told her

" im not taking any chances so you can contact someone to pick you up" she said.

I decided to text ash

L- hey ash calum got sick and the nurse said she thinks im sick so she is sending us home can you come get us.

A- yeah mikey texted me saying he felt ill so I picked him up to and yall can crash at my place

L- thanks ash

A- np

" ok well we have someone picking us up" I said to the nurse

" ok " she said.

it wasn't even 10 minutes before ash showed up and checked us out.

we stayed at his house all day and did nothing.
