Fetus luke- stomach virus

This all started with Luke waking up 3 days ago sneezing, the other boys only thought he had a cold and would gradually pass the next day before the school exam. But they thought wrong.

When Luke woke up this morning he felt as if he would die. His stomach hurt too bad. He felt like he should tell the boys, but he knew the best thing would be to go to school after he spent a full day revising for his science exam.

"LUUUUKKKKEEEE AREEEE YOUUUU AWAKKKKKEEEE" Michael's voice boomed through Luke's bedroom. Luke sighed and got up before feeling dizzy. Not just his head hurting, but his whole body aching and the room spinning. He held onto his bed stand for support before deciding to lay back down and try and rest his head. He didn't know he fell asleep before the other lads came jumping on him, making his head and stomach feel worse and worse, his stomach letting out rumbling noises, the boys of course heard this but before they could say anything, Luke said "I'm fine I'm just hungry"

"Well, there is no time for breakfast. Hurry up and get ready. The bus comes in 5 minutes" Ashton said before he raced Michael and Calum to the kitchen. Luke sighed, and stood up and quickly got dressed, not caring that his stomach was stabbing itself with a load of knives, begging Luke to sit down and calm his stomach down. Luke grabbed his school bag making sure he had everything he needed before heading downstairs and met the boys, not bothering to do his hair.

"Luke  you're hair looks an absolute mess. It looks as if a hurricane was rushed over it!" Michael laughs, grabbing his bag and running out of the door with Ashton following him.
"Are you ok Luke you look pale? But it might just be me. C'mon bud, let's go. Here, take this to eat on the bus" Calum said, chucking Luke a granola bar. Luke walked out of the door with Calum and he locked the door.

"Guys, you could've waited for us! We could've missed the bus and you two would have been on time to school" Calum said, seeing the boys hopping on a bus and running to get behind them, dragging Luke with him.
"Hmmm sorry, we didn't want to bother you if you were doing something private" Michael said, taking a seat at the back of the bus.
"Yeah, we thought you might have wanted us to go without you" Ashton said, taking his seat next to Michael, and lucky for them, they got the last two seats of the bus, as other people had took the other seats.

"No, you just followed Michael out of the house just so you could get to the back of the bus, I know your plan" Calum said, only to receive a big shout from the other two.
"THAT IS SO NOT TRUE!" Ashton and Michael both shouted, receiving a load of "be quiet" and "Shhh" from everyone on the bus, because they were either listening to music or being crazy, and mainly just chatting.

Luke had actually fallen asleep but was obviously woken up from Ashton and Michael shouting, and he got a headache, a massive headache. Luke found this as a killer headache and started to cry, covering his ears, even though the bus had gone quiet, he kept on hearing things. Calum noticed this and asked Luke if he was ok and why he was crying, and Michael and Ashton stroking him, only to be shoved away from Calum.
"Stop you two. I don't want you to mess around with Luke, so leave us alone"

Ashton and michael continued to play on their phones, not seeming to care about what calum had said.

"I- I fe-el so h-hot" Luke stuttered and Calum felt his forehead to find out Luke had a growing fever so he took Luke's blazer off (I dont know if you call them blazers but we do) and his jumper to cool him down, his whole body was so hot and calum felt that and moved him to two empty seats at the front of the bus. Calum assumed that the front of the bus would be the coolest because the doors would open when they picked up other kids. When calum helped Luke up and held onto in case  he fainted. Calum knew he was sick and he wondered why Luke wouldn't just tell him, he was his best friend. "Where are you two going?" Ashton and Michael both said, receiving a "None of your business. Away from you two if you don't mind" from Calum. Luke feeling like he would just pass out at any minute.
