bms- luke part2

Lilly's pov-

I am walking down the street and I see my school bus go past. I can't believe I've missed my school bus. It's 5 minutes early.

I'll have to go back home and get Ashton to drive me. So that is what I do.

I open the door and see the guys arguing. I cough to try to get their attention.

They stop arguing and I find my chance to speak.

"Ash, I need you take me to school"

"Lily, Ashton, why would you try and hide this from me?"

"Hide what from you Luke?" I ask, scratching my head in confusement.

"You're sick Lily. You can't go to school when you're sick!" Luke half shouts at me.

"We weren't tryna hide it luke! We was going to tell you, but Lily just has something important to do at school" Ashton says

"Yeah Luke. That's right. I can't miss school. I would if I could though. I really don't feel myself today, but I suppose it's just nothing" I say.

"Now then, I will be taking Lily to school.

Ashton drags me outside, and I get into his car.

I arrive at school late again.

I was late yesterday

2 late marks in a row usually mean a detention

I don't have time for detention

What am I going to do?

Ashton is dragging me out of the car and into school, and greets the teacher at the reception.

"Hey, I've got Lily Hemmings here, and sorry she's late, we had family issues"

"It's fine. Don't worry, Lily. If you can just sign in here then the bell is about to go so if you would like to make your way to your first lesson" The receptionist says.

"Also, before I go, Lily said she was late yesterday, so will she get detention?" Ashton asks.

"No, I will sort it out. Family issues and appointments are exceptional"

"Ok thank you" Ashton hands me my school bag and I wave goodbye to him, hearing the bell ring and running to my first lesson, Geography. All the running is making me regret it. My stomach is yet again doing back flips. This is just great.

I arrive in geography and sit in my seat next to my boyfriend Tyler.

"Hey Lils"

"Hey"

"How are you?"

"I've been good but i'm not now tho"

"Why?"
"I'm sick"

"Shall I tell the teacher?"
"No, I'm ok. But you will need to keep an eye on me. I have a feeling I am going to vomit"

"Ok, but I think I should tell the teacher"

"No Tyler please don't"

"Did Luke make you come to school"

"Ashton did"

The teacher comes round handing everyone a big booklet that I'm pretty sure was an exam paper. Oh no, it's not the big exam day today is it? I completely forgot to revise!

"Good morning class. Today is your big exam day" The teacher says.

We all groan, but after everyone had stopped groaning, I was at it again, but with my stomach this time.

"I don't think you'll make it through this lesson. I can tell by the expression on your face" Tyler says to me.

"I'm fine, Tyler, I just..." I say, but the teacher cuts me off.

"Tyler, Lily, you must stop talking, otherwise I will split you both up"

We both get on with our assessment, but about 20 minutes into it, I experience the worst pain I have ever feared. I'm going to throw up. I need help

I need to tell Tyler, So I do. Not caring that it was an assessment.

"Tyler, I'm going to be..." I cut off, before the teacher shouted at me, but Tyler instantly understood what I was trying to say.

"Miss! Lily is going to throw up!"

"Nice try Tyler, but you and Lily are not going to get out of doing this assessment. I'm not falling for the joke"

I was so mad at the teacher for not believing me, I wanted to take my anger out on her, but I figured because I'm sick that was probably not the best idea.

"But miss it's true!" Tyler tries telling the teacher but she isn't having none of it.

"Tyler, take your stuff, I don't want you in my class"

"Where am I going to go?"

I really don't want Tyler to be forced out of class, I need him next to me. I lean over gagging and Tyler puts his arms around my shoulder and helps me stand up. The teacher starts yelling again and she is giving me a headache. I threw up all over Tyler and he stuffs all his equipment in his bag, and takes me outside the classroom, leaving the teacher standing there in shock. He grabs my bag on the way out and takes me to the sick bay.

I threw up in the corridor and that's when Tyler stopped.
"I-is that blood" he said shakily
