I NEED yalls help

Hey guys, so my little brother is sick and he was really bad this morning but keeps getting worse. This kid has had everything from a cold to dead tissue in his stomach and I've never seen him like this. He's been throwing up,  high  fever, back pain and complaining on sever stomach pain that keeps getting worse. I don't know what to do, and I was wondering if anyone knows what he could be sick with or give me ideas on how to help him.
