A night in the bar, going on as any other, Lacey is playing pool, almost like a hostess, keeping people interested in the game as well as drinks. Elliot is moving around gathering things up from empty tables, as is Graham. Regina is at the bar with Killian, both shuffling around, passing cute glances and soft touches. They're very open that they're together to the customers, Regina gets a kick out of how jealous the females are of her being with Killian.
"What the hell you cheat!" A man yells so loudly and breaks a pool stick on the table, alerting everyone. Graham, Elliot and Killian race over to see Lacey standing completely caught off guard, and afraid of the man. Ruby, however, beats all the guys there, and smacks the man with another pool stick breaking it.
Killian, Elliot, and Graham stop in their tracks, and stare a moment at each other, "You want to break things?" Ruby snaps and stands in front of Lacey, "I'm ok," she said. The man stares at the fiery person in front of him, Ruby. She hasn't removed her eyes from glaring at him, piercing his skin almost with her glare. The guys get there, "She cheated!" He yells again, as Killian and the others come to him, "I'm pretty sure she didn't, you just didn't win," Killian said.
"Get him out of my bar," Regina demands. "Are you alright?" Ruby asks Lacey, "Yes, it was a nice shot," she smiles at her, Ruby smirks at her, "You mean you or me?" She asks. "Both," Lacey laughs. "Get a room," Killian teases, and smirks at Regina, "I love when you order people out," he winks. "Back to the bar," she orders him, to be playful. "Mmm yes your majesty," He smiles, and smacks her ass playfully as he walks by.
"You're just too good Lacey," Regina smiles, and heads off. "Why did you smack my ass like that?" Regina asks Killian behind the bar, "Uhh, I don't know, was just playing, not good?" He asks. "Well you can't do that," Regina crosses her arms. "What's with you?" he asks, as they quietly try to avoid the customers hearing. "Nothing," Regina shrugs and shakes her head.
"I'm perceptive and I know you, and that's a lie," Killian said, "Nothing is wrong, back to work," She paints a smile on and kisses him softly, the customers swoon, "ooohhh.." and she returns to them. "Ok who wants a drink?" She smiles.
Killian quirks his eyebrow up, still suspecting something is off, but goes about his business tending the bar. She's playful, and still talking to customers, the pair haven't had a drink behind the bar all night, given the earlier incident with the pool player.
"Why don't you do a body shot off her?" A guy asks Killian, "Off who? My lady partner in drinks?" Killian asks, "yeah, we won't touch her," the guys shakes his head, "I know you won't, you'll lose a hand if you did," Killian said. "Uhhh Regina, the gentleman is asking for me to take a shot off you," Killian said. "Oh is that so?" Regina shifts with her hand on her hip.
"What kind of place do you think this is? I'm a bit more refined," Regina said. "Please? It's my birthday," The guy says. "Aww, man has a birthday wish to watch me take a shot off you," Killian smiles. "You want me to lay on my own bar to do that out of my belly button?" Regina asks. "Be a sport, you can do me next," Killian smiles.
"Fine," Regina said. Ruby and Lacey hoot from the other side, of the room, as Killian guides Regina up onto the bar. She lays down on her back, and Killian picks up a bottle of rum, "Ok, hold still," he puts the amount of a shot on her tummy, she giggles a bit at the cool liquid, the group at the bar hoots and hollers in excitement, and Killian quickly sucks up the shot of rum from her tummy.
Killian helps Regina down from the bar, as she pushes her shirt back down, "We just regressed like ten years of maturity," Regina said with an eye roll. "Mmm, keeps us young and playful," Killian smiles. "You know you can't be a lost boy much longer," Regina said. "What do you mean?" Killian asks. "Well you have to grow up sometime," Regina said.
"We're in a serious relationship, I think that's grown up," Killian said. "And you know, I asked you about two weeks ago if you wanted to move in, so I think I'm pretty grown up considering you're the one who's avoided it since then," Killian said. "I have not, you told me you weren't rushing my answer," Regina said. "I'm not, just you're the one calling me some kid, when I'm the one who asked you a serious commitment question," he said.
"Well, that's just... I don't even... "Regina shakes her head awkwardly, trying to change the subject and not having any idea how. She's rarely at a loss for words, especially with Killian. Even before they were together, she could reply to anything he said with wit and charm, or something snide or playful. Right now, however, she is at a complete loss for words, as he stares at her as if he's reading her mind, or trying to.
"Ok, is this like a time of the month thing?" He asks. "What?" Regina scoffs, "No seriously, you're all moody at me, first you're all over me, then you're scolding me, then you're loving me, been like this past few days, so I'm just wondering if perhaps I need to get you ice cream or something," he shrugs.
"You think Ice cream is some solution?" She asks. "Well.. for.. female monthly things, I thought so, you usually want that," he said. "Ok expert, get me some ice cream," She snaps. "What the bloody hell woman!? You're telling me to grow up, avoiding my commitment question, and snapping at me one second, then kissing me the next, what the hell is wrong with you?" Killian shakes his head exasperated.
"It's not my time of the month, and it's supposed to be!" She blurts out. "What?" Killian is confused, "I'm late!" She said. His eyes widen and stare at her, as the others come over, picking up on the tension. "I thought you were..... you know.. on the pill?" Killian asks. "Well, I missed a couple from not being at my place some nights," She sighed. "O... k.." he delays.
"So you think?" Killian asks, "That I'm probably pregnant," Regina sighs.
A/N-- Let me know if you want more attention on some of the back up characters, like Ruby, Lacey, Graham and Elliot. Obviously I won't be doing HUGE plots and focus with them, since this is a Regina/Killian focused story, but if you want a little more from those others, let me know.
