"So what do we do until he gets here?" Ruby asks, "We just occupy the prick, and maybe try and tell Elliot, but I'm pretty sure he is perceptive enough to figure it out," Regina observes from their distance as Elliot heads off back to work, simply patting James on the shoulder. Regina quickly heads to him, to head him off before the back room, "Where you going?" She asks casually. "Umm, was just going to make a call, and you have my phone," he observes. "Oh, sorry," Regina says.
"No, it's .... fine," Elliot shakes his head, "I know it's not him," Elliot said. "Oh.. good, because we did too, we called David," Regina reveals. "Ah, for once you guys beat me to it," Elliot said. "Yeah, are you ok? Do you want to sneak out?" Regina asks, "Why would I not be ok? Just don't understand why he's here," Elliot said. Regina tilted her head down to somewhat avoid his eyes, "Wait, what is going on? You're saying James planned to be here?" Elliot asks.
"Well, likely before tonight," Regina said. Elliot realizes what she means, "Woah, I think that's a bit jumping to conclusion," He said. "Ruby found his license when we were here cleaning up the bar after you were attacked," Regina said. Elliot shakes his head in disbelief. "Why would he do that to me?" Elliot asks. "I don't know, he's an ass, he hasn't even spoken to David since he came out," Regina said. "What did he do to you? Was he violent?" Elliot asks.
Regina sighs, and Elliot realizes he struck a nerve, "I'm sorry Regina," he says, "No it's fine, he just cornered me really, he never hit me, and I'm pretty sure he would be dead if he had, considering I think Killian even had feelings for me back then," Regina said. "So we just wait for David?" Elliot asks, "Yeah you're knight and Charming Armor will be here soon, and there is someone that could also help me," Regina looks towards the door.
"Uhh Mr. Gold, hello," Graham greets him, and he waltzes in, Killian forces his eyes up to nod hello, clenching his jaw. Regina comes up to him, "Hi," She nods. "Regina," Mr. Gold nods at her kindly, "Umm My office?" She asks, and makes eye contact with Killian, who slips out from behind the bar to follow them. Gold limps slowly with a cane, down the hallway, "You look well," Gold observes, "Thank you," Regina nods and Killian quickly enters the office behind Gold.
"Ah, Jones," Gold nods at him. "Killian, in case you forgot," he sasses. "Been a while," Gold nods at him, "Yeah," Killian puts his arm around Regina. "Oh I have missed a lot I see," Gold observes. "Yeah well, you have, um, but first, did you find out anything?" Regina asks. "Seems the officer's evil twin is staying at a hotel down the street, hasn't been there long, all paid for, in cash," Gold said. "So do you have anything we can get him on?" Regina asks.
"I do, my security cameras got a clear view of him the night your worker was attacked," Gold said. "Well isn't the license enough?" Killian asks, "It's always good to have more proof bartender," Gold sasses. Killian furrows his brows at him, "Ok, don't start," Regina said. "I sense this relationship has progressed from coworkers, since last I saw you," Gold said. Regina sighs, "Uhh yes it has, we..." Regina looks at Killian moment, have been together, "We're having a baby," Killian blurts out.
Gold stares at Regina a moment, "And you didn't call? Did you call your mother? "Gold asks, "Now we're getting somewhere," Killian looks at Regina. "Ok, can we please focus on the twin issue before our expecting child and family issues?" Regina asks them. Gold and Killian both look at her and softly nod.
The three head back out towards the bar and Elliot has come next to his look alike boyfriend. They're paying attention to the door anticipating David. It's only been 20 minutes. Elliot smiles at him, as he takes a sip. James shifts awkwardly, and remembers he's meant to be affectionate towards Elliot, "What's wrong?" Elliot grins at him, "Nothing," the blonde twin shakes his head, and Elliot puts his hand on his leg.
"Aren't you at work?" He asks. "I am but, they know about us, they don't mind," Elliot smiles. The others are intent on watching, and James breathes deeply. Killian keeps one eye on them and the other on Regina, who's opposite side of the bar. Elliot is toying with James, his own personal payback, and he starts to lean into him. James leans back a bit, and Elliot pursues. James snaps, and jolts up, "Get off me you fucking pansy!" James yells, and starts to lunge back at Elliot, and suddenly he's grabbed by David.
David slams him to the ground, "Fancy meeting you here, who would have known we had the same type," David says angrily, as he cuffs him, and pulls him up, "What!? I don't have the same type as your pussy ass!" James yells, "You're under arrest for assault," David said. "What? He was the one all over me," James defends, "That's because you were the one who beat him up," David smiles proudly.
"What? You have nothing," James scoffs. "Oh here, you may need your license, was on the floor after the attack," Ruby hands to David. David smiles at him, "And you were caught on video," Gold comes around the corner. "Mr. Gold," David nods, of course everyone in the neighborhood knows him.
"Let me guess, you orchestrated this sting?" James snaps at Regina, "you orchestrated it yourself," she snaps. Killian smiles at her proudly, placing his hand on her shoulder, "Oh that's right, you're also charged with breaking and entering, that is if Regina wants to press those charges," David said. "Damn right I do," Regina nods. Gold and Killian both smile proudly, and Killian sees him.
David hauls his twin out, "Ok, want to explain that proud look?" Killian asks Gold. "What?" Gold replies, "You're all proud of Regina," Killian said, "Well, I've known her a long time, including when that particular foe was dating her," Gold said. "No, there's more to it, you're looking at her like she's your....." Killian stops himself.
"Like she's my what?" Gold asks, Killian shakes his head, "I don't know, like your daughter or something," Killian said.
