As the woman was buying the balloon, you saw your brother, in his younger age and from your conclusion, he looks at least about eleven years old so you knew that you were five years old that time since you're six years younger than your brother.
Your father was also there and he was teasing your mother.
"Stop it honey, there's children here. Let me buy the balloon first." Your mother giggle while your father sigh in defeat.
"Fine, but I get to have you all mine later." Your father wiggle his eyebrow while your mother
The scene in front of you was still confusing since you don't remember any of it. But as the man was handing you the f/c balloon and you reach for it, you accidentally let go of it.
"My balloon!" The little you scream and went to chase after her balloon.
She then went past your brother.
"Big brother, get my balloon pwease." You cried to your big brother as you beg but Chrollo just ignored you.
"Go get it yourself!" Your brother said and you pouted, then continued chasing after the balloon.
As you kept watching, you started feeling a headache as you slowly remembers the scene in front of you.
You watch as the little you ran towards the road. Your mother was the first one who saw you an panic was shown in her eyes as she went after you.
On the other hand, your father was tying his shoe and it was too late for him to see your mother running towards you.
He only saw his wife running towards her child when he heardher screaming and as soon as he saw what was happening, he ran towards the woman and the child who was about to die.
"Y/n! Stop! Come back here!" Your mother called out for you but you were focusing on the flying ballon that was slowly getting lifted up by the air.
Your brother also heard your mother screaming and as soon as he saw what was happening, it was too late.
A big truck was coming in the little you and she only knew when she heard the loud sound of the horn. The little you stood frozen on her place and fear was shown in her eyes.
"Y/n!"
"Your mother's name!"
You heard your parents scream. Tears was already forming in your eyes as you finally remember the day of your mother's death.
You watch as she pushes you out of the way and yourself bumping your head down the ground badly. That impact make you forget the day where you lost your mother.
And as the truck collided with your mother, everything became dark. You were left in tears. Even though it was only a dream, you were already crying in real life.

Reader's POV
I heard voices. Voices that are familiar. Somehow, I felt something dripping from my cheek and that's when I realize that I had been crying. I tried moving around but I was stuck in something.
I remember now! I remember how my mother died! It was... my fault.
I slowly open my eyes to see what was going on and who the voice belongs to but it was too blurry since I've been crying. My eyes were so heavy that it made me want to go back to sleep, but that wasn't the first priority for now.
My main priority is to find out where I am and what was going on. I saw someone walking towards me and I panic. I tried moving around again but soon notice that I was tied in a chair.
Even though I couldn't see it properly, I knew I was tied on a chair. I tried screaming but there was a cloth on my mouth so my scream went out as a mumble.
"Shhh, don't worry, we're not going to hurt you." A familiar voice said but I couldn't put out who it belongs to.
"Here, let me wipe those off your you." The person gently wipe away my tears.
I could now see things clearly. I immediately scan around the room I was in and saw five people standing in front of me. Their face was covered in different mask and they were wearing hoodies to hide their hair.
One of them have the body of a female while the rest are male. After I look at all of them, I observe the room we were in. It looks like an empty room, no, an empty basement that only have one light that's flickering from time to time.
The man who wipe away my tears have big masculine body. He then reach towards my mouth so I tried moving away from him.
