Chapter 10- That Was Unexpected.
This is going to go bad. Well I have a bad feeling about this. My stomach gives me the feeling that I get when I regret something so badly or when I know that I shouldn't do what I am doing. But there is no way back, they need me.
"Are you ready?" Sasha asked me in a friendly tone. I nod my head a yes and walk out of the car. The boys stay in the car around the corner of the place while Sasha and I make our ways in.
"If you know that your voice will be shaky then don't say a word. Be confident and brave." She tells me and I nod my head again.
We open the doors to the garage and I am relieved that there aren't many people just a few. The people here look way older than the ones from Zayn's gang. There must be some of them that are older than thirty.
"Hello ladies, what can I do for you?" A creepy male said around the age of twenty. He was stood behind the bar. Sasha and I took a seat on the seats in front of it and tried our best to look confident. We have to pretend that we don't know that this is a gang or whatever they want to call it.
"We kinda got lost and our friends would pick us up in like fifteen minutes." She said and even I believed her for a second.
"Can I get you something to drink?" He asked polite, but still a little creepy.
Sasha looked at me for a second and I shook my head a no. We aren't supposed to drink or eat anything hear.
'It could be drugged.' Harry said in the car earlier.
"No thank you." Sasha said in a sweet and innocent voice.
"So tell me about you and what you do. Wen you talk, time flies." Sasha said leaning in on the counter while I kinda looked around in the place. Two man entered the garage from the backdoor and had a bike in their hands and talking loud enough for me to hear them.
"We got another one. This time we will make sure that the person who drives will die." I heard a man say and some laughing at it. I looked from the corner of my eye and saw that the bike had a blood red and baby blue colour on it. It had only one mirror and that was on the right side of the bike. The bike had the number '9' on it. It was the bike of someone in our gang for sure. The bike looked familiar.
I tried to look at the man who brought the bike here and saw that one was tall and one was short. The tall one was obviously above the age of 25. He had some hair on his face and his hair was black. His eyes were green that you could notice from a few feet away and his clothes wear kinda old and ripped. The second male was a little shorter. He was also younger. He had less hair on his face and his face looked pretty young. He seemed like my age, maybe a year or two older. His eyes were light blue and his hair had a brown colour to it. His clothes were the clothes that most teenage boys wear. Jeans that wear a little ripped off on the knees and a red shirt of Lacoste. He seemed a little familiar too. Like one of those people from when I first met the gang the other day.
"There are like six men around the corner and about to enter the garage come out." Harry and Zayn said.
"Well fifteen minutes have passed by fast. We gotta go. Thank you for everything..." She said trying to get his name.
"Nicky." He said winking at her. Her cheeks had already blush on them, and I mean the make-up so it seemed like she was blushing at the moment. I gave the boy a smile and walked with Sarah out. Right when we left the garage I took a look at the men that were entering. Because the laugh of one of them seemed to familiar and painful in my ears. I took a glance at them. As we passed by and saw my father. He had the same laugh and his hair looked a little longer than it was when I last saw him. it looked like he was actually sober at the moment, obviously since I left he had to get the money himself. he always took some money of mine that he found and bought all those kind of stuff with it that I don't even knew about.
I quickly looked down and tangled myself with Sasha's arm. My father didn't see or notice me, but knowing that he is in the gang that is against the gang that I got involved with is a huge mess.
We made our way to the car safely and enter it without looking back. Harry quickly drove away making sure that we didn't drive passed the garage. He made a U-turn and quickly drove us to a safer place.
"Are you alright?" Zayn asked me turning around in his seat in front of me to look into my eyes.
I couldn't find the words to tell him, since Harry and Sasha were with us too. I didn't want people to know about my dad and abuse. I only told Zayn and I guess that his mother figured it out on her own when she saw my bruises and scars on my body, that luckily healed in the past week.
Zayn noticed that I couldn't speak so he let go of it for now.
"Did you guys see anything around you?" Harry asked while driving.
"I saw one of the bikes that I saw in your gang day at the race. It had the colours bloodred and baby blue. It had only one mirror that was on the right side of the bike and it had the number nine on it." I tell him.
"Also one of the people that brought that bike there seemed familiar. On the first day that I met Jack. There was a boy in the corner of the room just looking around and talking to a few people. His hair was brown and his eyes were light blue. He was around our age maybe a year or two older than me. He was kinda as tall as you guys." I saw pointing at both of the boys in the car. They had the same length which was kinda funny. Most boys around that age have, but not all of them obviously.
"Does she mean the one that came a month or two ago?" Harry questions Zayn.
"It is possible." Zayn says. "I never had a good feeling about him. All he did was ask questions. He never joked around and was always serious. He never hanged out with the same people, but with almost everyone for just a while to ask questions." He reasoned.
"Jack wants us to go back to the garage and tell him everything." Sasha says with her phone in her hands. The boys nodded and the rest of the small journey to the other side of the town was with me listening to what Sasha talked about with Nicky. I didn't really tune in into their conversation and just looked around because Jack wanted some details.
"Finally. Did they suspect anything?" Jack asks us as we enter the gang.
"No. Nothing at all." Sasha says laughing at how blind the other gang was.
"Great. So tell me, what did you find out." He asks us. Harry and Zayn tell everything to Jack while Sasha and I take a seat in the corner of the room.
"What happened when we left the garage? You were scared." Sasha asks in a low voice for only me to hear.
Shall I tell her? What shall I tell her? Can I trust her? Will she laugh at me or think that I am weak?
"I. Um." I didn't know what to say.
Sasha put her hand on mine that was on my lap and whispered something.
"It's already. I won't judge you. You can trust me." She says and gives me a smile that real friends would give you.
"Promise me to tell no one." I ask her and she pinky promised. "I promise I won't tell anyone." She said and I smiled knowing that I made my first friend.
"My father was one of the men that entered the garage when we left. I kinda ran away from my house a week ago. He kinda.." I closed my eyes. Took a deep breath in and let it out before saying the word. "He kinda abused me." I say honestly.
