Chapter 24- What Text?
Zayn's POV.
School play with Jack? Seriously?
Jack didn't even come to school the past week. He skipped most of his classes or sneaked out when he thought that no one noticed, but obviously I did. He won't even take this thing seriously.
And also Tiffany?
Tiffany is a big wannabe. Her acting and even normal talking comes over so fake. She may be good- in ya know- but that doesn't mean that I like her. I think that no one likes her to be honest. She barely has friends, everyone is with her for her popularity. She can threaten people and if that person crosses the line then they are screwed. No one wants to be on her bad side, but I couldn't care less about it.
It's not like she can hurt me or do something against me.

"Are we going to fail this play?" Austin sang with a fake smile.
He hated Jack as much as I did and he also knew that Tiffany was the worst girl to be paired up with for a school project.
"We won't just fail, we won't even do something." I say winking and he chuckled.
There was his real laugh.
"So what are we going to do?" Austin asks.
"Jake has still class." I inform him. "Wait, didn't you had class as well?" I wondered.
"I actually do, but I don't want to fall asleep in class again. If I do I won't be able to get any sleep in the night and then I will have to sleep more in class." He explains. I just raise my eyebrows at his explanation. When he is done we joke a little and walk towards the canteen.
"What are we going to do about Jack?" He asks me as I open the doors to the canteen.
Before I could tell him what I was up to, or at least think about what I could do about Jack, I was stood still a few feet passed the canteen doors. My eyes locked into the direction of Lauren and Niall, one of the jocks I guess. He is in the our school's team and one of Liam's friends.
Let me just get it out there, I dislike Liam. He acts like he is a gentleman and he thinks that he is all innocent and sweet. Most girls do I guess. But I know better. He has hurt people in his life. Not with fists, like I had, but with words and actions.
Austin's eyes follow my gaze and he notices her with him as well.
"You sure that you don't have feelings for her?" He asks me.
I had denied my feelings and just told him that I didn't feel anything for her. It's true anyway. I do protect Lauren, and that day that I kissed her was just something I had never done. Sure I had kissed girls, but I taste that Lauren had secrets that maybe no one knew about. Not even her real mother and even if she can trust me a little, she didn't open up to me. She didn't tell me everything, I had to beg her to tell me who abused her.
"I think that Jack is up to something." I say changing the subject and the direction I was looking at.
I didn't want to see Lauren laugh with Niall, but I knew that she'd be mad at me if I made a scene in the canteen.
"You are changing the subject again." Austin says crossing his arms over his chest.
"Was he even in class today?" I wondered, but I already knew the answer. He wasn't.
