Monsters of the dark eating pieces of a broken heart.
Moonlight shining from a pier.
Creatures of the mind chew at memories held dear.
Rain drops on a window slide down, in tears you begin to drown.
Invisible in the crowd, looking back you should be proud.
Looking forward confused of what your headed towards.
Don’t look down your too far from the ground.
Look up in space to find a constellation to trace.
Forget the past to make the present last.
Skip a stone to your favorite song.
Don’t blink, for everything will be gone.
