Innocence

Innocence my dear.

No painful feelings blur your vision.

Everything's so clear.

No experience, maybe so.

Wise tho you still are so.

You see what others dont.

Your acts are of those others  wont.

Stronger than many, from a different angle you see.

Because others are tainted.

While you were always free.

Kept with ties.

For you can see through they're disguise.

You've had your battles.

You found away around the snakes rattles.

From its poison you excaped.

While others anti-vinoms they did intake.

Your no weaker than thy other.

And no stronger than thy brother.

But quite unique in a curious way.

While others come out at night to play.

Your often found in the middle of the day.

Your much different than many I had seen.

You amazed me with a concience so clean.

Your heroic in a way.

And yet somehow you came my way.

We're quite the oposite you see.

So murky my visions become.

From so many consequences of my actions where the darkness had won.

I don't want to pollute you.

But you seem to try to filter my pollution ...of myself.

I've tried to stay away.

But damn I've been missing a little sun raes in my days.

I know I'm no good for you.

I just can't help but be hypnotized by your ways.

Your like a a small duck wanting nothing more than a simple swim.

And I'm the tidal wave that's bound to suck you in.

Maybe I'm supposed to guard you from the rest of the sea.

Or maybe I'm just dangerous and you need to stay away from me.
