Mean to each other true emotions hid.

While they held arguments they never held hands.

Playful fights, mean jokes, and barrowing each other's class notes.

At the spring fling, he longed to ask her to dance, he waited too long and lost his chance.

She felt he'd find someone better.
The feelings for him she had to weather.

He thought he had tomorrow but then she heard the news.

Her heart filled with sorrow.

He left this world so fast.

Though he lives on through memories of the past.

The saddest part neither knew the other owned a sliver of the others heart.
