SPARKS FLY

"I See Sparks Fly Whenever You Smile."

Seems like that day we met,

the sun began to set,

like a dawn unto day,

it took flight as if it were a jay.

You looked so upset all the time,

but darling, look how I changed your mind.

Some part of me, I felt so incomplete,

but come here, a story has to unfold,

come take your seat,

this was nothing foretold.

Let's face it,

you are my missing puzzle piece,

and my love for you continues to increase.

As we traveled,

I had to go, you know this is important,

my destiny, it is unraveled.

Something I used to be able to make you do,

it was like a dream come true.

Something so rare,

you used to be able to do it without a care.

I'm afraid now that I'm gone, I won't save that light,

the light that enabled those sparks to take flight,

because hon, I see sparks fly whenever you smile,

but now, you've gone so far into denial.

I miss you too,

but please let this message come through,

the ones who also love, they love you.

Why can't you get over me?

You'll see me again soon.

Please reach towards me, up to the sky,
