BREAKING THE ILLUSION

With that smile playing on his lips.. Arnav reached his room.. Wandering here and there like a teenager which hands in his pockets while humming a song
( yes.. Girls.. Don't faint.. King Arnav do humms songs.. For his lovely wifey ofcourse😉😉) he jumped on his couch and picking up a cushion.. He lay down and started to think about the moment his life suddenly appeared infront of him..

He had went to meet her family as due to his busy schedule he couldn't take out time to meet them..
His sasuma was busy in the kitchen when the doorbell rang.. He readily went to open the door but the moment he opened the door his heart stopped beating for a while.. Even his inflow and outflow of the oxygen became irrational..

He couldn't believe it.. He was in a trance.. Was it a dream?
Yes.. Definitely it must be..

His love.. The queen of his heart was standing in front of him with equal widened eyes.. He kept looking at her forgetting even to blink his eyes..

He was intaking all her beauty.. He tried to touch her to believe that yes.. Finally his feeling of longing had come to an end but as soon as he forwarded his arms to touch her.. She instantly backed-out with disgust in her eyes..

It was painful for him to witness it in her eyes.. He wanted to hug her no matter what she felt right now but before he could do anything her mother came to the picture which was followed by an emotional reunion of them..

He was hurt as she was ignoring him but he deserved that.. Doesn't it? For all the mistakes he committed and all those hardships she faced due to his selfishness.. He knew he behaved like a jerk but then he was ready to rectify his mistake by going to any limit..
And moreover.. He knew that without further a do she will forgive him when he will keep his heart infront of her again this time.. Nothing else is needed.. His wife loves him alot to hurt him.. (Really Arnav.. Well.. This is your perception.. You have hurt her beyond repair)

Now he was on his bed after changing into his nightwear but still.. Sleep was far away from his eyes..
Indeed.. He is having sleepless nights from so long but this sleepless night is special.. Its for the celebration of his wifey's return.

He chuckled on himself remembering how that grin was not leaving his lips seeing her all irritated realising that his eyes were just on her.. He was drinking the beauty of his wifey.. He was so happy that his heart was fluttering rapidly and the grin was not ready to minimize its size.. His lips are hurting now but its nothing.. He can bear much more for her.. Even she has beared it.. The thought came on its own which made him guilty and gloomy but then he once again calmed down assuring himself that her days of agony has come to an end now.. The only feelings available for her now is care.. Love.. Happiness.. Just like her and her name..

He behaved like a typical husband offering her the phone and doing only a little thing for her.. He felt more than happy..
He was disappointed when she showed no reaction after listening his voice neither considered his help.. So without further words spoken.. He kept the phone and went outside giving her the privacy..

He peeked from the gallery and it elated him when he saw her taking his phone and calling..

She was taking so long and he couldn't bear her this much attention on anything or anyone else except him.. Be it with love or annoyance..  So.. Apologising in his mind for intruding her privacy he strode inside happily but what he heard next made him deadpanned.. His wanted able to think or speak..
Doubts had surrounded him but he didn't want to hurt her in hurry doing any stupidity.. He needed to clear his mind and he was hurt.. He didn't wanted to do any mistakes like earlier so with all those thoughts he left the house without bidding bye to anyone..
