(WANG DAO)

As soon as Hua and the Prince ran away we, me and the two guards of the Prince, tried to block anyone who will follow them but still, six figures in black get passed us. We still have a good seven opponents to fight.

This is killing me. Hua is hurt and I wanted to follow her to see if she is fine.

Enough! Enough playing the nice guy. My sister needs me.

I slipped a dagger out of my robes and used it to slash the neck of my opponent. Then I threw my sword to the one Yong was fighting and ran to another one to stab it too.

I moved in precision. Just like what I have been taught to do. In the back of my eyes, I am back in that forest, more than two years ago. When those rebels took me in the hunting ground and I saw how my Father killed them.

I copied my Father's moves that night. Twisting my body. Throwing my spikes. Knowing that I have no time to dally. Hua needs me.

I killed one more and Yong and Manchu managed to down the rest.

I didn't acknowledge them, instead I ran to the direction where Hua and the Prince ran. I ran fast.

I have to get to Hua. Before it gets too late. I am aware that Yong and Manchu were following me. Ready to check on their Prince.

We all stopped when we saw the Prince, standing still in the path while looking at Hua.

Looking at my sister who picked two figures by clutching their clothes and raising them from the ground. Then Hua threw them with enough strength for them to fly high and hit the higher branches of the trees surrounding that path.

Oh Hua..she defeated all six figures and showed her gift to the Prince.

"Hua!"

"Dao ah!" Hua turned, a cloth on her wrist, a small knife on the other end. I ran to her.

I hugged my sister. "Are you okay? Are you not hurt? You wound..." I raise her wounded arm. The sleeve of her dress is drenched in blood.

"I am fine," Hua said before untying the cloth of her wrist to bind her wounded arm. Probably a slash of a sword.

I look around for the Prince. He still look shocked to see Hua picked men up and throwing them like they are just peebles in ShuYin's pond.

"Is the Prince not hurt?" I asked Hua.

"No, I don't think so." She turned to the Prince who is standing a few meters away. "Prince Jin..." Hua walked towards him.

The Prince took a step back from my sister. His guards materialized and put their Prince behind them to hide him from Hua. They raised their sword towards my sister.

Like my sister will hurt their Prince. Anger rose inside me. I twirled the sword in my hand and walked to get in front of my sister. I raised my sword and point it at them.

I glared at the three of them. "How dare you raised your swords at General Wang's daughter?" I said while gritting my teeth.

Stupid guards. My sister saved their Prince. How dare them look at my sister like she is dangerous? Their eyes wide in shock and fear.
