Stefan and Elena "The News"

The Results

Elena woke up again, remembering everything that has happened the following days.The only thing she didn't remember was being moved into a big room with a lot of machines.

Suddenly, a young female nurse and an older male doctor walked in.

"Hello,Ms.Gilbert."The doctor said."I'm Dr.Desryu.I'm here to give you some news."

Elena felt very uncomfortable.She moved her hand towards her stomach.

"Okay...Where's Damon?"She asked.She was so scared.

"Mr.Salvatore stepped out of the room."The nurse replied,checking Elena's vitals.

Elena felt very nervous.Where was Damon?Why can't Stefan be here?Why am I alone?

"So Ms.Gilbert would you like the good news or the bad news first?"The doctor asked, while the nurse left the room.

"G-good news, please."What news could he have?

"Well, Ms.Gilbert the only 'good' news I have for you is you are pregnant,I did an ultrasound and some pictures of the babies are being developed for you at this moment."

"Babies?"

"Yes, the ultrasound showed you had two heartbeats, not counting yours."

Elena's heart swelled up.She would have two little Stefan's running around.The thought came crashing down on her when she remembered something.

"What's the bad news?"

"When I did the ultrasound I noticed one of the fetuses was less developed than the other.I'm sorry to say this but I don't know if you WILL give birth to two babies in nine months."

Elena grabbed her stomach and began crying.She felt two strong arms wrap around her and she looked up to see the face she had been missing for days.Stefan.

"Hey, Baby."

"Oh, Stefan.What are we going to do?"
