Four months later
Elena's POV
I am just finishing up my sixth month of being pregnant.Stefan just finished putting the last coat of paint on both rooms.Aiden and Ella didn't really grasp the idea of sharing a room but they loved having their room painted.I loved how they didn't notice that there is only going to be one baby.

Three months ago I officially lost two of my babies.I spent a week and a half just lying in bed crying but then I realized I needed to be strong and help Stefan out with Aiden and Ella.It pains me even to this day to know I lost two beautiful babies.

Damon, surprisingly has been a HUGE help with everything.He watched the twins while Stefan and I went to appointments and he even would go out and get food for me whenever I had weird cravings.It was funny how much I craved while only being 7 months pregnant.

I was sitting at home watching the twins while Damon and Stefan went hunting.It was nice to have a day just with my babies.

All three of us were lying on the couch watching another crazy tv show on the Twins' favorite channel but for them I would watch and even do anything.While a very brightly colored figure showed kids how to dance Aiden danced along but he then stumbled and hit the side table that held a very big vase on it.The vase crashed and hit Aiden.He immediately screamed bloody murder.He was bleeding all over.I grabbed him and Ella and immediately headed for the hospital.

After 45 minutes of holding my screaming baby boy while doctors checked him out,he was being wrapped in casts for his shoulder and wrists.He was going to be in a lot of pain for a while but I am so happy he isn't hurt any worse than he could have been.I left him and Ella in the room while I called Stefan to tell him what was going on but before I could finish dialing his number I felt hot liquid running down my leg.I knew what it was.My water has broken.My little baby wants to be brought into this world but is it to early to make an appearance and survive?
