Millie walked into school, her hand in Finns. JoJo and the gang walked with them. Millie was talking with all of them, because talking was normal now that they were in ninth grade. They were walking along when Jacob came up to them. Millie sighed and Finn said: "let's go." They were going to walk off, but Jacob stepped in. "Wait. Just hear me out." He said.
"Fine." Finn said. Jacob sighed, noticing the small scar still near Finns eye.
"Listen, about all the stuff we did last year..."
"That you did last year." Finn corrected him.
"Yeah," Jacob shoved his hands in his pockets. "I'm... I'm sorry. I don't know what was up with me.. I don't know.." Millie looked at him thoughtfully.
"Jacob." He looked up at her. She then said two words that left Jacob in tears. "I forgive you." And just like that she walked off.
