Millie pulled away from Jacob, pushing off from his chest. She spluttered as she heard footsteps. She looked and saw Finn striding away, and JoJo walking away with a horribly surprised and disappointed look on her face. Millie turned to Jacob with rage. "WHAT THE HECK JACOB?!?" She shouted. Luckily no one could hear her over the music.
"What?" He asked looking smug.
"WHY DID YOU KISS ME?!?"
"Why would I ever tell you?" He smiled slightly. That's it. Millie thought.
"TELL ME NOW JACOB SARTORIOUS!!!!" Millie yelled, grabbing the collar of his shirt. For a second he looked scared, but pulled away and dusted his shirt off as if she had a contagious disease.
"I did not expect Jo Jo to brake up with me, so I want her to be jealous. And she started acting weird around me ever since you were freinds with her, so as a bonus Finn will hate you." Millie felt tears coming but she blinked them away in anger. She was about to walk away when her eyes flicked to the table behind Jacob. With one anger burst, Millie shoved him into the table and into the punch bowl. He stumbled back, falling into the bowl and onto the ground, he punch bowl on his soaking head. People turned to look at him and laughed. He scoffed at her as she strode away, not looking back once.
Finn~~~
Finn walked down the sidewalk of the school not bothering to wipe the tears from his eyes. "Finn!! Wait!!" He heard Millie yelling for him. He shook his head and broke into a run. He ran and ran, away from her voice and away from the pain.
Finn didn't even know where he was anymore and his legs were shaking. He finally stopped, but turned his back to Millie, who had taken off her heels to run after him.
"Finn.." Millie said softly, placing her hand on his shoulder. Finn spun around in anger and slapped her hand away. She looked down at it and back up to him with wide eyes.
"Finn what?!?" He asked. "You obviously like Jacob more then me Millie! I know you've been holed up you're whole life but here's how relationships work: YOU DONT KISS SOMEONE ELSE!" Finn was talking louder and louder, almost a shout. He saw tears form in Millie's eyes. Good.
"Finn," she whispered, her voice cracking.
"What?" He answered. He gave her one last glare and stormed off, not caring that he left his bike at school. Not caring about anything. As he broke back into a run in the cool night air he almost cried.
Almost.
😭😭😭oh my godddd! I love this chapter even tho it's sad! Did u notice the Stranger Things part in it? When Finn (Mike) slaps Mills' (El's') hand off? Yep.
