The girls and I walked along an alleyway as we laughed and talked about our good memories from the Isle.
"That one was epic," I said. "That went on for actual days."
"Like it mattered, right?" Mal replied.
"They were both undone by True Love's Kiss," Evie added.
"Works everytime," we all said together before laughing.
"I really thought that's what you and Ben had," I finally said.
"Do you want to talk about it?" Evie asked.
We all then stopped in the alleyway. "I'm not coming back you guys," Mal finally said. "I really tried to tell you." Both Evie and I leaned back on a post. This whole time, we thought we would get Mal and all of this would be over. However, this doesn't seem to be the case.
"Yeah," I mumbled. I couldn't decide if Mal actually meant it and we weren't good enough friends to listen or if she even tried to tell us at all.
"But, I mean," Mal continued. "I saw the way your faces lit up when we walked through those dorm rooms. And I couldn't spoil that for you."
"If you're staying then I'm staying too," Evie said.
"Me too," I added.
"No," Mal interjected. "Especially not you Heather. You probably think I don't know what causes your panic attacks, but I do. Plus, you two are Auradon girls. And I am...the girl from the Isle." We remained silent. Mal then picked up a rock and threw it at the sign to open the door to the hideout.
Evie:
I didn't know what you were going through
Heather:
I thought that you were fine
Why did you have to hide?
Mal:
I didn't want to let you down
But the truth is out

I really had to go
Evie:
