Gandalf peered over the edge of a rock as Radagast and the Wargs disappeared into the distance.

"Come on!" He shouted, heading out into the open. Fae turned and looked at Thorin who nodded and pushed her forward. The Company rushed across the rocky plain. In the distance, Fae could see Radagast being chased by the Wargs, and her heart was beating in her throat. As the Company ran across the plain, they saw the Wargs not too far from them. Fae whistled quietly to Gandalf, cocking her head in the direction of the Wargs.

"Stay together." She shouted, mostly to Ori and Bilbo who had fallen behind the group.

"Move!" Thorin shouted noticing the stragglers as well. As the Company ran, Radagast drove his sled beneath an overhanging projection of rock; he ducked just in time, but the Orc on the Warg behind him got knocked off, which earned a smile from the grey wizard and his companion. As the chase continued, Thorin stopped the company behind a rock so that they were not seen by the Wargs. Ori, who had finally caught up and was oblivious to the stop, continued to run forward, out of the cover.

"Ori, no! Come back!" Fae shouted pulling him backwards. He fell into her, before being roughly pushed to the side by Thorin. She peered around the rock once again to see that the path was clear.

"Mín glenn-na I dolen lond-o Imladris. (we go to the hidden pass of Imladris)" she said, to the wizard. He nodded and looked over the top of the rock, seeing as he was the only one tall enough to do so.

"Come on! Quick!" he shouted once the coast was clear. As the dwarves continued running, Thorin turned to Gandalf. "Where are you leading us?" he demanded. Gandalf didn't answer, but instead looked to Fae and continued to charge forward. As the Warg scouts chased Radagast, one of them stopped and scented the air. The dwarves quickly took cover behind an outcropping of rock. The scout and his Warg appeared on top of the outcropping, scenting the air. Thorin looked at Kili and nodded; readying an arrow, Kili quickly stepped out and shot the Warg. The Warg and the orc on it fell near the dwarves, and the dwarves killed them quickly. The sounds of their fight carried quite far; the other Wargs and Orcs stopped chasing Radagast as they heard roars and screams from behind the rock.

"They have found us." Fae said, having understood what the orcs were saying. "Move. Run!" The company ran through a grassy plain; Wargs began to surround them from all sides.

"There they are!" Gloin shouted.

"This way! Quickly!" Gandalf shouted. They ran for a while longer, then halt in a clearing as they saw Wargs on all sides.

"There's more coming!" Fae said, pointing to the hill top.

"Kili! Shoot them!" Thorin replied

"We're surrounded!" Kili shook his head, shooting various Wargs and the Warg-riders, killing only a small amount of them.

"Where are Gandalf and Fae?"

"They have abandoned us!"

"Hold your ground!" the dwarf prince shouted, refusing to believe that his love had left them to their fate. Suddenly Gandalf popped up from a crack in the rock behind them.

"This way, you fools!" he shouted

"Come on, move! Quickly, all of you! Go, go, go!" Fae's voice contributed from down inside the rock. Thorin and Kili jump into the crack last. Just as Yazneg and his Wargs reached the crack, an Elvish horn sounded, and a group of mounted Elves rushed into the fray, shooting and spearing the Wargs and Orcs. The Company listened to the conflict from inside the crack. One of the orcs, shot by an arrow, fell into the cave. Thorin plucked out the arrow and examined its make.
