Hello Everyone~~
It's so nice to finally be back!
I hope that you all had an amazing winter/holiday break. All of the amazing comments you all left me on the last update we're amazing, and the requests were even better.
Now, warning, just like the last one shot- the depressed Lance one; this one will be more about how Keith struggles with mental illness when the tables turn. So please, if you're not comfortable with this- then feel free to skip this one shot!

Sweat was rolling down Keith's forehead, his bare chest, and the tips of his hair. He and Lance had been training for who knows how long- but the sun was setting now, and the two were so tired that they thought they'd fall asleep where they stood. Keith follows behind Lance, watching his back muscles move in sync with his arms as they sway at his side with each step. Lance looks back at Keith with a smile- taking the small amount of time to see the Mullet's tired, and flushed face.
Lance was falling for him.
Just as Keith was falling for him.
A few hours pass, and everyone is eating dinner together. Allura and Shiro were speaking to each other of course. Hunk and Coran we're sharing a conversation as well- while Pidge and Matt were lost in the world of technology. Lance takes a spoonful of slime, looking over at Keith who was idly silent. Lance nudges his shoulder, "you okay?" Keith zones back in- the slime falling out of his spoon. "Yeah I'm fine, just really tired." Keith says back, while Lance smiles.
Holy shit did Keith love that smile.
Lance goes back to eating his slime, as does Keith.
The night continues on, more hours pass- being dedicated to nothing but strategizing. Keith was sitting in his bed, practically playing with his small blade. He smiles, bringing the cold metal to his warm cheeks. Keith felt that weird feeling- the kind where there are butterflies in your stomach, or something like that. And he wasn't sure if it was because he was head over heels for Lance- or because he had a terrible feeling in his gut. A terrible feeling that had been there since morning. One that he couldn't shove away, or forget about. Something was going to happen, Keith just didn't know what.
Later that night, when the sky above the castle is as dark as a raven's feather- an alarm begins blaring throughout the halls; sending each and every Paladin to their stations, and then lions. Without delay, they fly into the sky- expecting some monster who had been hiding in the planet to emerge, but that's not what they saw. Instead, it was a large battle cruiser. It took up so much room, and the bright purple lights illuminated the skies. Without wasting a second, the Paladins form Voltron- getting the sword and shield ready.
The fight lasts for hours.
And the only Paladins left conscious are Shiro, Keith, and Lance.
The Ion cannon shoots off another beam of light, and before the other Paladins are aware of what's even going on, the blue Lion flies in front of it; taking the blast with its large body.
Then everything goes dark, and cold.
Becoming, simply empty with each passing second.
The Paladins felt like they were living this moment over again, watching the Blue Lion being blown to pieces to save everyone else in return.
