Gone

James cried, seeing Jaiden there, hurt. But he wanted to take action. He removed his shirt and wrapped it around Jaiden's open wound. Then he carried his fiance into the dark halls. Cluelessly walking there. No light could be seen, just pitch black.

While walking there, he heard voices echoing in his head. Saying: You've hurted Jaiden. Is that what a future husband would do? Hurt his fiancee? I dont think so... You know, James. She'll hate you for this... You'll be forever alone, working at a closet.

James kneeled after hearing that. Jaiden woke up since she hitted her back. But it didnt hurt her too much, enough just to wake her up.

When she opened her eyes, her wound was wrapped by someone's shirt, when she glanced to the right side, James was there. Looking at the ground.

Jaiden realized that look, that's what she looked like when she felt depressed, useless, the pain. There was a silence, and was followed by a sob from James.

Jaiden heard the voices inside from James' head. You've hurted Jaiden. Is that what a future husband would do? Hurt his fiancee? I dont think so... You know, James. She'll hate you for this... You'll be forever alone, working at a closet.

Jaiden crawled to James. She hugged her crying future husband. When she did, James has snapped out of his thoughts. He was shocked on why was Jaiden hugging him. He did nothing but got her in trouble too.

James: W-why are you hugging me?

Jaiden: You're not alone. I'll never leave you James... You're not the trouble...

James: W-wait? What...

James' POV
Wait... How did she hear the voices in my head...  How did she do that? But I still feel guilty for what I did...

Jaiden: James... Remember, I'll love you no matter what...

James couldnt hold it in, so he bursted to tears again.

Jaiden: Shhh... It's okay, but now we better get out of here before Ryder find us

James wiped his tears away, grabbed Jaiden's hand, and ran through the dark halls.

~4 AM~
The two were now in the streets, finding their home. But Jaiden the collapsed again, James dont know what's happening to her. So he decided to bring her to the hospital again.

~At the hospital~

Nurse: Mr.Rallison, I have good news and bad news...

James: What's the good news first?

Nurse: The good news is, she's fine

James: Adn the bad news?

Nurse: The baby got miscarriaged

James: What?!

Nurse: She got punched on her stomach really hard, and that has affected the developing of the baby

James: I... I understand...

Nurse: She's there waiting for you

James entered her ward, he found her one again... Crying. He approached her. Once he reached that, the two hugged.

Jaiden: James... Our baby's gone! -cries-

James: It's... Going to be alright Jaid...

The two were in great pain and sorrow. They were soon to be parents, and now... It wouldnt happen, since the baby discontinued to develop.
