Chapter 4: A Teensy Little Problem
I was writing a song in my studio while humming a random tune I made up. Suddenly my manager, Maddison Roberts, came into the room. "Hey Madds, whats up?" I asked with a smile.
"We got a problem. Remember you said on all social media sites that you would be doing a song genre of their request?" she asked with worry in her tone.
I put my pencil above my ear as I raised an eyebrow "yeah, duh… I just post it a few minutes ago" I said in an obvious tone. "Well it already had all your fans' requests all over it" Madds said.
"Jesus… that was fast" I mumbled, "thats great! I could get started on a song, immediately!!" I said with a bright smile, but paused after.
"Um… how is this a problem?" I asked, "well… they're all commenting that they want a relationship song" she said. "Well thats cool, I'll get started on it" I said walking to my desk with Madds behind me.
"But you suck at writing love songs!!" she said, I look at her with a sarcastic smile. "Thanks for pointing that out, Madds. Why dont you tell me something I dont know?" I said with sarcasm and sass.
Maddison rolled her eyes with a sigh, "you need to get yourself a boyfriend" she said with a sigh. I dropped my song book with a shocked and disbelief face. "What?" I asked.
"Look, I know you have a very bad taste in guys but you need to get a boyfriend to please the fans. That is what you want… right?" she asked, I nodded.
"Then girlfriend, get yourself a man now!!…………But first you better start singing that new song before finding one" she said, pushing me to the soundproof room.
I laughed at her and grabbed my headphones and put em on. "Alright Benjamin!" I said, giving the DJ, Benjamin, a thumbs up.
The music turns on and I began to sing.

Sounds the same, we're barely living, fading away
Not a thing left to grow in a desert

Surprise, again we're hitting bottom lower and then
A star came up for us, but no we couldnt touch

We'll know it'll end so for now we're staying friends

//Right, I know, we should be singing happy birthday
We'll dress to show that we can party, blowing away
A cake to cut made of the past we piled up
We sing the songs they made//
//Salute the dead, paving the road we know up ahead
Dont forget that MELTing made us, hitting reset
So die or high five right before the well is dry
We're leaving in the end//

I rolled my eyes and grabbed my jacket and skateboard, "see you around Madds! Oh, and tell Maddie Ziegler that she can take the day off!!" I yelled before closing thw door of Studio 7. I skated away to where the wind takes me…
