*Namjoon's POV*

She's run away from me. Of course, I would be mad. But I have to admit, I didn't mean to shift. After I'd started, there was no going back.

I felt so guilty. As I watched her little frame shake in fear, my heart shattered. I didn't know how I was going to tell her exactly what I am, but this certainly wasn't the way I wanted to do it.

"What are you?" she yelled after I'd finished shifting. This wasn't good. Her little legs started running away from me before she broke out into a full-on sprint. There was no way I was going to let her escape me. I dashed after her and it didn't take me long to catch up with her.

As soon as I was close enough, I pounced on her. Not a delicate, gentle pounce, I jumped on her like a panther on its prey. I did my best not to hurt my angel, she would be crushed by the sheer weight of me. Although I knew it would be painful, I managed to zone all my weight onto my paws before landing above her.

On second thoughts, maybe that wasn't such a good idea. She shook even more violently under me and I instantly regretted my actions. How the hell was I meant to calm her down? In my wolf form, I took the only means I knew to possibly make her feel better. Lick her.

I showed all my affection towards her as I wetted her face in an attempt to calm her down. I'd lost track of time by the time I decided to stop. I was relieved that once I met her eyes with mine, she seemed much calmer. No wolf has ever been paired with a human before so I wasn't sure how the mate bond would work against her. I was assuming that it had a similar effect on her as it did to me. Thank God.

I kept licking her until she was gazing into my eyes in a zen-like trance. I knew she was much calmer know. In my 17 years of life, I don't think I've ever been more thankful to have such powers.

"What the hell has happened here?" said a voice which I recognized to be Yoongi's. I turned my head to look at him, but by the time I had, he'd figure it out. "I'll go to fetch you some clothes," he said before running back to the house.

As soon as he'd left, I returned my attention to Bora. She was still staring at me in what seemed to be awe. This girl was the definition of true beauty. She looked like someone straight out of a magazine - even after I'd slobbered her with my saliva. I knew that mates were supposed to be magical, but I never knew how good it could feel. I'd known her for not even a day and I already felt like I never wanted to be away from her; not for one second.

It was barely thirty seconds before Yoongi returned. He put the clothes on the floor in front of me and turned around - allowing me to shift and change in privacy. Well, not complete privacy. Bora was still gawking at me, but I didn't mind her staring. Shifting back happened in the exact opposite order than before - first, my tail retracted, then my paws turned back into to hands and feet. With every second I was looking more and more like my human self.

After I'd shifted, it was only a matter of moments before my clothes were on and Yoongi could turn around.
"You shifted in front of her!" he exclaimed. Geeze, a hello would have been nice. "I can't believe you. We've been back a matter of hours and you've already told a human our secret". I know he was mad, but did he like I didn't know these things?
"Yes, I understand I shifted in front of her, but I couldn't control myself, she tried to run away and I just got so mad"
"What are you going to tell her now?"
"The truth"
