General POV
"Wanna go over to Veronica's? There's nothing to do here plus Archie is probably there" Betty complains.
"Sure" Jughead chuckles.
They leave and walk over to Veronica's. Betty knocks on the door and waits for it to open.
A minute later, Veronica opens it, her hair messy and her lipstick smudged "Hey Betty. Whats up?"
Betty smirks knowing what was going on. "Just thought we'd come over. V?"
Veronica nods
"Watcha doing in there?" Betty asks, already knowing the answer.
"N- Nothing" Veronica laughs nervously
"Then why is your lipstick smudged?" She crosses her arms.
"I- it's not! I don't know what you're talking about" She wipes her lipstick off and brushes her hair out with her fingers.
"Can I talk to Archie? We all know he's in there"
Veronica blushes "N-no, he's not!"
Betty looks her in the eye and raises her eyebrows
"Ugh. Fine, he's here" She swings the door open to reveal Archie scratching his neck
"Hey, Guys..." Archie says
Betty rolls her eyes "Archie?" She says.
"Yeah?" He replies.
"Fix your shirt" She looks at his shirt which is crinkled and backward.
His cheeks flush red as he fixes it.
"Also, Veronica?" She looks back over to her
"Yeah?" She asks. "Some friendly advice, always check your boyfriend's shirt before opening the door. I thought that was common knowledge" she laughs.
"Do you know from experience?" She retorts.
"Shut up. Of course not" Betty blushes "You're lucky I didn't just open the door like I usually do. That would have been a shocker" She laughs.
"Jeez! We weren't doing that! At least not yet" She mutters the last part.
"Anyway, can we talk about something else?" Veronica asks.
"Oh, like what?" Betty smirks.
"I don't care! Anything"
Jughead puts his arm around Betty "Come on, Betts, leave her alone," He says
"At least I compose myself before opening the door." She ignores Jughead
"So you admit to doing it?" Veronica says.
"No, we don't do that!" Jughead says.
"Anyway," Archie speaks up "Why are you here?"
It takes her a second but Betty remembers "Right, wanna go to Pops?" She asks.
"Sure!" Veronica smiles and grabs her coat.
They start walking toward Pops "Betty?" Veronica says. "Yea?" She replies.
"You would tell me if you were doing that right?" She asks.
"Yup, you and Kevin" She smirks.
"Hey!" Jughead says. "
Sorry but I would" She giggles. Jughead puts his arm around her and they smile.
