Falling Down

Betty's POV

I wake up at 11 in the morning. 'Thank god it's Saturday' I think. I grab my computer from beside my bed and watch some YouTube videos. After a while, I get up to grab breakfast. I see, what I thought was, my phone on the table, I open it to see I have a text from Toni, I read

Toni- I think we should tell Betty about what happened.

I scroll up, realizing this is Jughead's phone.

Jughead - Look... I was upset about our break up but we're back together now and I love Betty and I wish we didn't kiss at all.

Toni - Ok...

Jughead- I don't want to ruin things with Betty, do you mind if we hold off on tell her for a while?

Toni - Ok, sure.

This was 4 months ago. I feel my eyes well up with tears, I read on as new texts pop in. Jughead is now texting, probably on his computer.

Jughead - I think I should tell Betty about what happened.

Toni - Are you sure?

Jughead - We have too. We've hid it too long.

Toni - Yea, this fucking sucks. I ruined your relationship

Jughead - It's not your fault. I let you kiss me. 

Angry tears stream down my face. I run up to my room and slam the door and grab my computer.

Betty - Hey. Come over. We need to talk.

Jughead - Betts. Is everything ok?

Betty - Come. Over.

I chuck his phone across the room. 

I quickly throw on jeans and a sweater on.

 Five minutes later I hear a knock at the door. 

I go downstairs and open it to find Jughead standing there. I leave it open and walk upstairs as he follows me.

 "Betty. Whats going on? Are you ok?" Jughead asks.

 I ignore him as I walk into my bedroom and pick Jughead's phone up off of the floor and read some of the texts out loud 

"Look... I was upset about our break up but we're back together now and I love Betty and I wish we didn't kiss at all." I read. 

Jughead goes pale.

 "I dont want to ruin things with Betty. It didn't mean anything." Hot angry tears are streaming down my face. 

"Wow,  you kissed another girl! You're a great boyfriend." I say, my voice filled with hate.

 Jughead steps closer to me "Betty, I am so s-" He starts to say before I cut him off. 

"No, Jug. I trusted you. I loved you. I never thought you would do this" I say.

 "Betty, I was ups-"

 "No, we're done," I say. 

"But Betty-" I start walking away and he grabs my arm. 

I pull it away from him "Don't touch me!" I scream "I'm going for a drive." 

He looks like I've slapped him "Betty, you shouldn't drive when your upset." He says.

 "You shouldn't kiss another girl when you have a girlfriend. I can do what I want." I say hatefully and leave.

I get into the car and start driving. Tears cloud my vision, I hear the honk of a horn and everything goes black...

A/N

I haven't watched last night's (Dec 6th) episode yet so I don't know what happens but I'll be watching it when I get home from school!
