"I told her I wouldn't do it. Not unless you where up there with us Jug." Betty was explaining to us as to why her and Archie where called up to the principles office.

"I appreciate the righteous indignation, Betty, I do, but Jubilees aren't my thing." Jughead looked at his girlfriend sweetly. "Jug, how's your dad? Did you get in to see him?" Archie asked as he stole my pretzel.

"Here's the latest, Mayor McCoy wants my dad to name names in exchange for a lesser sentence." Jughead looked at all of us too see how we would react.

"What? Whose names?" Betty asked putting her hand on Jughead's.

"The serpents. Sheriff Keller think they're the ones dealing the drugs that Clifford Blossom brought into the town."

"My Dad says more and more drugs are hitting the streets." By the tone of Kevin's voice he was worried.

"Kevin, relax, this isn't The Wire. My dad says they're not the ones dealing." Jughead jammed his index finger onto the table as if too prove a point.

"And meanwhile, Mayor McCoy hasn't even said the words 'Clifford' or 'Blossom' in public." Betty scoffed obviously disappointed in our Mayor. "It's all about how the Serpents are the problem, the Villains. This is outrageous. I'm writing an Article about this, and not just for the Blue and Gold, for the Register. This is a town story." You could basically see the steam coming out of Betty's ears.

"Okay, as long as it doesn't include my dad."

"No, it is going to be about your dad, Jug." Betty said a little too quickly after what Jughead said.

"B, maybe you should take it easy." I gave Betty a worried look. She was rushing too quickly for my liking and by the looks of it, Jughead thought the same.

"No, it doesn't matter how many Jubilees Mayor McCoy throws. This town's changed. That need to be acknowledged. Why are people so afraid of the truth?" Betty muttered the last part, loud enough for us to here.

...

"Betty?" I was rushing to Betty's side to take her away from the red lettering on the wall. "Archie, I've got too help her." I was pulled away from Jughead and Betty when Archie pulled me away. "Jughead's got her." Archie gave me a sympathetic look before I sent him a small nod and we started walking out of the school. "I can't believe someone would do that to her." I scoffed as Archie and I walked hand in hand. "Hey, how about we go to Pop's and just forget everything." Archie cupped my cheeks, making me look into his eyes. "We haven't had a date in forever. This will be a good break for us." I nodded with a smile at he started to pepper kisses all over my face.

"I have the best boyfriend." I smiled as Archie brought me closer by throwing an arm around me. "And I have the best girlfriend." Archie kissed my temple as we arrived to Pop's. "You know I remember the first time I saw you." I smiled at the memory as we sat at a booth. Archie in the corner and me next to him."I was in Betty's room and Kevin saw you through your window. And oh my gosh. Kevin made a comment about taking you by the horns and I busted out laughing." I chuckled at the memory.
