Stella’s POV

Here I was on the academy’s helipad with Jenna, it was 6:40 pm. After a few seconds, we could hear the sound of the chopper getting louder and louder until we could see it. It was like the same as the chopper I used to come here. The chopper aligned above the helipad and went down slowly. When the chopper landed on the helipad the door slid open and 4 bodyguards came out and the next was my father

“Stella!” My dad yelled as he waved his hand at me. My father, Stephen Mackenzie was sweet and cool, not strict nor rude unlike some rich father where they didn’t care about their child, they only cared about was their money and business. My father was 43 years old but he was a child at heart and he looked younger than his exact age

When the chopper’s wings stopped from spinning, I ran towards my father and hugged him. He hugged me as much

“I missed you, Dad” I said. He smiled

“I missed you too, Stel” He said

“Hi Mr. Mackenzie” Jenna said as we walked towards her. 2 guards were in front of us and the other 2 were at the back

“Hey, Jen. Wow! You’ve grown so much” Dad said

“Thank you” Jenna said. Jenna went to my side as we walked downstairs and into the hallway

“How’s Mike?” He asked Jenna

“My dad’s doing fine as usual” Jenna said

“Good to hear that” He said

“Dad, where’s mom?” I asked him. My mother, Maria Mackenzie was just like my father, same personalities. My mother was 41 years old and like my father she was also looked younger. Sometimes she looked like my sister

“Your mom? Well.. You see.. We actually had an important appointment tonight at 7 but we also wanted to visit you so we decided to play Rock Paper Scissor, the loser will attend the appointment and the winner will come to visit. So obviously I won” He said with a big grinned then he chuckled that turned into a laugh “You should’ve seen you mother’s face” He said as he kept laughing

I elbowed him on his ribs that made him stopped and I glared at him “Stop making fun of mom” I said in a childish manner

“Okay okay. I’ll stop” He said as he tried to composed himself

We walked for a few minutes talking about how the 2nd semester was, about my mission, etc.

“Oh! Dad, you never saw our homedorm, right?” I asked

“Homedorm?” He asked, giving a confused look

“Our dorm” I said

“Oh right! I’ve seen it but I didn’t get the change look inside” He said

“We’ll show you” I said. I looked at Jenna who nodded so we started walking towards our homedorm

“When are you going back, Mr. Mackenzie?” Jenna asked

“Tonight! Maybe around 8” He said

“By the way dad where are you and mom staying?” I asked

“At Leyfa” He said and I nodded. Leyfa wasn’t far from Sereya but they were separated by an ocean. It was only a 2 hours flight
