She felt her cheeks burning after sending the last message. The kiss had been entirely accidental, and judging by the lack of reply, completely unnecessary. Nevertheless, Dana wouldn't take it back if she could. After spending hours each day talking to him, she genuinely felt like she had feelings for him. The two had become so close, despite the mild inconvenience of an ocean between them.

However, their close relationship didn't stop the anxiety about them meeting the next day. Instead, Dana bit her lip thinking about it, as Rebekah hailed a taxi for the two of them and their luggage. They jumped in the back, Rebekah's smile more prominent than ever. "This is so cliche!" She squealed with excitement, as the cab took them to their hotel.

Her best friend had her phone out, taking pictures of the sky and anything out of the ordinary. "Are you ok?" She raised her eyebrows at Dana's silence. "I'm fine, just a little scared." She replied. Rebs' phone fell into her lap again, and she sighed out loud. "What, about meeting Sebastian?" Rebs asked, leading to a small nod from Dana.
"Dana, you don't need to be scared. You've been speaking for ages, and he likes you."
"What if he doesn't though?"
"Then we can forget this ever happened."
"I don't want to forget it." Dana muttered to herself. Unfortunately, Rebs had heard her.
"Holy shit."
"What?"
"You've really fallen for him."
The silence from Dana confirmed Rebekah's suspicions. Her best friend had finally admitted something she'd known since the first mention. No one would go on about something like that if they don't like it.

Dana stayed staring out of the window until they were dropped off outside their hotel. Rebekah took a quick photo of the buildings, saying something about posting it later, before pushing the door open and walking straight inside.

A/N: I hate this chapter, but oh well.
