At 10pm, the party was in full swing, all the guests had arrived, some of whom were sufficiently tipsy already. Harrison on the other hand, being the designated driver of the evening, was stood in the corner, sipping his water. He stood watching Dana talk to Tom, occasionally seeing the two of them laugh together. Eventually, Dana pointed Harry out, and Tom wandered over.
Dana stood watching, as Harry awkwardly introduced himself to his celebrity crush. It was quite sweet to see his eyes widening and his mouth fall open as Tom said hi to him. "You trying to set him up?" She spun at the sound of her boyfriend's voice. "I-uh, figured I needed to do Harry a favour. He's done a lot the passed few days." She replied, holding onto the zips of Sebastian's hoodie. "You're really good to him. You're both good to each other actually, I thought siblings never usually get along." He said, wrapping an arm around her waist.
"Well, he has to be nice to me, I'm technically his boss." She grinned up at him, her shoulders relaxing as he laughed. "You're really pretty." He sighed contentedly, smiling back at her. "How much have you drunk? It's only quarter past 10," Dana replied, checking her phone. "Enough to be confident to tell you what I think you should know." He said, scraping a few stray hairs behind her ear.
Dana rested her forehead against his shoulder as he held her. The two stood in a comfortable silence until Rebekah sidled towards them. "You guys are cute and all, but you need more drinks." She handed both of them glasses of champagne. They separated, Sebastian leaning against the wall and Dana in front of him. "Are you trying to get us drunk?" He asked, accepting the drink anyway. Rebs looked at him and raised an eyebrow before walking back towards the kitchen. "I take that as a yes." He answered his own question, taking a sip of the drink.
His smile lifted as he heard Dana giggle slightly, laying a hand lightly against his chest. God he loved that sound. How was it possible to be this content with someone he had only just started this kind of relationship with? No doubt he considered himself lucky. He stared into her eyes, taking in every detail of her features. Just the idea of leaving her hurt him, even with the departure date not being for another week.
Dana looked back up at him, noticing the glint of light in his eyes. He was gorgeous. Everything about him screamed 'specimen'. On top of that, he was a sweetheart who made her happier than she could remember ever being. And there he stood, looking at her like she was the only person in the world. What had she done to deserve his attention?
A/N: This is short and garbage but exams are being a mental drain and I hate everything so lol
