Brooke's POV:

I'm currently getting ready to go get lunch with Sarah. I know I left that mess outside but I just don't feel like dealing with it right now. Maybe having lunch with Sarah will help me relax and forget about how much Grayson's annoying me.

I look at myself one more time in the mirror before I head down stairs and grab my purse,keys, and phone. I'm supposed to be meeting Sarah there so I have to try and figure out how to get there. Great.

I swing my door open and I sit my purse on my shoulder. As I walk out I stop in my tracks. My yard is completely empty of cans and cups. There's no way Grayson did this.

As I'm standing in my driveway in awe I hear a thud. I look over and see Grayson throwing a trash bag into his trash can at the end of his driveway. He glances at me and goes to walk back into his house.

"Thank you." I blurt. He stops and turns to me. "Don't get used to it." He mutters. Is he fucking serious right now? "I was just trying to thank you. You really didn't have to do that." I say referring to my clean yard.

"You're right. I didn't have to do it." I let out a sigh. He's such a fucking prick.

I open my car door and get in, slamming it in frustration. This is exactly why I need to get away and go hang out with friends.

I can't even thank him without him being a huge dick to me. God, I hate him.

Grayson POV:

As she pulls out of her driveway I immediately regret how I acted. I don't know why I was being a dick. She's having a bad day and I just had to make it worse.

I sigh as I plop down on my couch. I'll just wait until she gets home so I can apologize. She probably won't listen to me but it's worth a shot.
