Neighbors ~ g.d.

Brooke's POV:

I just got home from class and I'm now getting ready for work. I knew I was going to be this busy but I don't mind. I'd rather be busy than bored.

I slipped my hat on and looked myself over one more time. I look decent enough. I grab my purse and keys and I'm out the door.

As I'm walking to my car I see the cups and cans that litter my yard. You got to be kidding me.

I pull my phone out and check the time. I have enough time to set him straight. I don't have to be at work for 20 more minutes and it only takes five minutes to get there.

I kick some of the cups and cans as I make my way to his front door. This is honestly ridiculous.

I knock on his door and i stand there for about 30 seconds waiting on answer and then the door swings open revealing a shirtless Grayson. God his body's great.

"Did you just come over to stare at me?" He ask with an arrogant tone. I roll my eyes. "I actually came to tell you to keep your party in your yard and not mine." I say replicating his attitude as I tighten my grip on my purse that hangs from my shoulder.

"It's just a few cups." He says scrunching up his face. I scoff. "A few?" I'm completely dumbfounded he's an idiot. "Just forget it." I groan and turn on my heels heading towards my car that's parked in my driveway.

"Where are you going?" He shouts as I swing my car door open. "None of your business." I shout back because of how completely fed up I am with him. I'm way too busy for this shit.

The whole ride to work I listened to music and tried to calm myself down so I wasn't so tense at work.

As I parked my car I was still kind of irritated but I have to get over it.

As I walk in I see Sarah is already here. I smile at her as I place my purse and phone in the back and grab my apron. I put my notepad and some straws in my pockets and I head out to start my work day.

Sarah and I were talking since we weren't really busy but we were interrupted by a group of loud boys. Great.

"Is that Grayson Dolan?" Sarah asked wide eyed. I look up and of course he's one of the guys. I roll my eyes. "He's my neighbor."

"Lucky you." Sarah grins. "No. He's an ass." I mutter.

"Well he's seated in your area. Good luck." Sarah says patting my back as I make my way to their table to take their drink orders.

"What Can I get you guys to drink?" I ask with a fake smile plastered on my face. I write all their drinks down as I feel Grayson's eyes burning a hole through me.

Grayson's POV:

"Isn't that your neighbor?" One of the guys ask as she makes her way to go get our drinks. I just nod. "She's hot." Some of my friends say. I roll my eyes. "She's an ass." I mutter as she makes her way back to us with our drinks.

She sits them down with a smile. "Are you guys ready to order?" She ask ready to write our orders down. We all nod and she looks up waiting for our answers.

We give her our orders and she walks back to go out them in. "She's got a nice ass too." The guys say with smirks plastered on their faces.

I'm not gonna lie her ass is nice. Her body's nice but she's so bossy.

Soon our food comes out and I'm out of water.

Brooke's POV:

"Get me some more water." He demands. "Excuse me?" I can't believe it. People usually ask politely. That's usually the normal thing to do.

"I said get me some more water." He says as if he can't believe I'm getting angry. That's it. I'll get him some water. I grab his glass and go to fill it.

I fill his cup and I walk back up to him. I hold the cup out. "Here's your water." I say dumping it over his head earning a whole bunch of holes from the guys. He looks up at me pissed but I don't care. "Dick." I mutter as I turn on my heels and head towards the back where Sarah is.

"I can't believe you just did that." She says with wide eyes. "He was being a dick." I shrug. "He's the most popular guy in our university." "So." I shrug yet again. I don't care who he is. He can't speak to me like that.
