~For the Road by Tyga & Chris Brown~
"My heart beats for you, girl you know are the one
Are you mad at me, girl I know I made mistakes, I know I fucked up
But my heart beats for you baby I'mma go and scream it loud
But if you leave it's something I can't control"
__________________________Selena's POV:
Justin and I walked hand in hand through the parking lot as our bodyguards tried their best to cover us from the paparazzi."Come on," He jumped, grabbing my hand tighter.
"Justin! Why did you take Selena back?!" They screamed. "Hi, Justin! Hi, Selena! When is the baby due?! Look here! Look here, Justin!"
I know everyone wants what they can't have, but I honestly hate my life. I hate being famous, I hate having no privacy, I hate that I'm forced to be a role model. Everything. Justin is the only good thing in my life.
I was in awe as we opened the doors of the party. I took a moment to stare at the purple strobe lights that were flashing everywhere.
"Yo, Jelena is here!" We laughed as everyone cheered.
Justin pulled me in closer as we were offered drinks and places to sit. Except, Justin declined and we made our way over to Pattie, his mom.
"Hi, Selena, how are you? You look beautiful!" Pattie politely commented.
"Aw, thank you, so do you." I smiled down at her. You wouldn't imagine her to barely reach 5 feet, even when she's wearing heels, but she is tiny.
"Oh, you guys just did wonderfully, I'm so proud of you." She said as she pulled us in for a hug, mentioning our previous American Music Award ceremony. Justin won three awards, including artist of the year, yet he wouldn't have won if he didn't attend. Award shows are obviously rigged, but what else is new.
"Actually, did you know Taylor Swift is Selena's best friend? You saw her, she got country artist." Justin said.
"What? No, I had no clue." I blushed as Pattie's jaw dropped. "Tell her congrats for me."
"I will." I forced a giggle.
"Alright, well, I'll see you guys later." She waved as she pushed herself past us. "And, again, I'm so proud of you, baby." She embraced Justin once again.
"Thanks." He smiled as she walked off.
"She was being nice," I commented quietly to Justin.
"Yeah, it's cause she's drunk," Justin said as he walked to the bar. I followed close behind.
Justin loves Pattie, and she loves him too, but at times even I can tell that she dismisses his feelings. Stuff like that gets to him the most.
I ordered a margarita, expecting to share with Justin.
"You want some?" I asked Justin as I handed the bartender my credit card.
"Later," He said, looking random girls up at down.
I sighed as I took a sip of the drink.
"Those girls keep staring at you like they've never seen a celebrity in their entire life."
"Maybe they haven't." He shrugged, still examining every single girl in the room.
I kept quiet, not saying anything that I knew would get a reaction out of him.
