"but do you still love him?"
my feelings for finn wolfhard disappeared as fast as they came and that's a good thing, i didn't need this. i haven't answered his texts, i didn't even read them. i declined all his calls. it's been two days and i feel really good without him protecting me and without his adorable laugh.
i'm so oblivious that's pathetic.
"i'm so sorry millie." gasp gaten.
"what? i'm sorry i wasn't listening." i admit.
"yeah we saw that, what's up with you?" ask caleb, his hand intertwined with gatens.
"nothing i'm sorry, but why did you apologize for?" i question my best friend.
"nothing important mills." he answer.
"milliiieeee, i have something to tell youuuu." announce sadie.
"tell me."
"peyton asked me out this morning!" she start jumping everywhere and i do to.
"that's so cool oh my god i'm so happy for you!" i smile. "aren't you happy guys?" i ask the couple and look at them, they are making out. "can you not?" i ask laughing. they separate and caleb peck gatens lips one last time.
"shut up mills, i'm happy for you sadie but me and gaten are leaving we have things to do." announce caleb before taking his boyfriend hand and leaving.
"i can't believe them, with time they are just more and more into each other it's so cute." sadie fangirl.
"yeah but that doesn't means i want to see my best friend sucking face with someone he's still my little baby." i pout and we start laughing.
i feel happy without finn.
without romeo too.

only ten minutes before lunch, i tought of finn all morning, why can't this boy just leave my head? i barely know him and he already make me go insane.
"for tomorrow i want you all to do the exercise two page thirty-four." explain mister levy, my history teacher, he's actually my favorite teacher.
finn leave my head please.
"i don't want you to tell me you didn't understood the exercise 'cause i'm sick of your excuses."
i don't like him, i will stop seeing him. i just have to ghost him.
"and in a week you will have a test, don't complain."
life was so much easier without boys.
"the bell will ring really soon, you can start packing."
i put my notebook in my bag and wait, lost in my thought.
the bell ring and i leave the classroom, heading to lunch.

"how can she be always late?" ask gaten.
"i don't know, that's just how she is." i shrug.
"yeah but that's annoying." say caleb.
"shut up caloob, you only really know her for maybe a week, you don't know all we've been through with her lateness." i joke.
"GUYS I HAVE SOMETHING TO TELL YOU!!" we hear sadie scream.
"well, there she is." caleb state.
she sit next to us and look in my direction wiggling her eyebrows.
