Chapter 18

                                    Y/N's POV, Next Day...

I woke up to Wendy shaking me like crazy.

Me- Yah!!

Wendy- Get up! Dads gone!

Me- To work?

Wendy- No,gone!

I got up confused AF. She had tears in her eyes and I know its serious. I stood and she led me to his room. Dad was on the bed,pale as can be.

Me- Did you check his pulse?

Wendy- Yes,there's nothing....he's gone!

I got hot tears in my eyes and hugged her. My dad...gone. How though?

Wendy- There's this note...it was in his drawer from a doctor.

I took it and read it aloud.

Me- Dear Mr.Kim,we are sorry to say you have been diagnosed with Type 4 kidney cancer. We are sending over some meds that can possibly help,we hope they do. We are sorry and would like to meet with you 4-07-17 at around 12:00. We are hoping to find a cure, Doctor.Chen.

Wendy began to cry even more.

Me- Th-thats today...

She nodded and I walked over to dad. I took his hand. His body was pale and cold. 

Me- Dad,I'm so sorry...I love you so much

Wendy sat on the otherside and took his other hand. 

Wendy- We all loved you...I'm so so-

She couldn't finish. It was 7:40,I have into get to school in 30 minuets. I got up and went to my room. I don't wanna go to school today...I called in and they said I can have as long as I need.

Wendy- I'm staying home

Me- OK,what are we gonna do with dad?

She looked at me and took out her phone. She dialed a number. 

Wendy- Mom...no,we're not OK....dad...passed...OK,see you

Me- She coming?

Wendy- Yep,in 5 minuets.

I nodded and went to the kitchen to make pancakes,eggs,toast and sausage.

When mom came,she was crying. She had her Tiffany and YoungJae with her.

Mom- Girls...where is he?

Me- In his room

She ran upstairs and we sat down. Tiffany's belly was getting bigger and I'm assuming they are living together...

YoungJae- He really died?

Me and Wendy nodded

Tiffany- Why?

Wendy- He had type 4 kidney cancer...I found a paper

They gasped and began to tear up. I felt my tears coming to as I got a text

Me- Be right back

I got up and went to the kitchen.

Me- What Jungkook?

Jungkook- Hey,Lisa and Elki wanted me to text you and make sure your OK...they're phones died

Me- I'm...not OK...

Jungkook- Why? What happened?!

Me- I don't wanna...

Jungkook- Y/N please...they love you and wanna know what's up...I love you

Me-.... My dad...d-died this morning

Jungkook- Y/N I am so sorry. I can have them come over and comfort you

Me- No,I wanna be alone...

Jungkook- OK,I'll tell them. Y/N I am so sorry,I am.

Me- Thanks...bye

Jungkook- Bye

I went back to the living room and mom was on the phone. She sounded like she was on the phone with dad's doctor.

Mom- Yes...no he has no pulse... Ok thankyou

YoungJae- They are gonna pick him up?

Mom- Yes..oh Y/N,your eyes are so swollen

I sat next to her and laid my head on her shoulder. With the whole Jungkook and Dad thing I'm in depression. 

Jungkook's POV...

Me- Her dad died this morning...

Lisa-..... Hahaha Jungkook. Funny

Me- I'm dead ass,look

I showed them the phone and they covers their mouths. I felt so bad...I wanted to cry for her

Elki- We have to go over

Me- She says she want to be alone

Lisa- So? She always was there for us when we wanted to be alone and we're gonna do the same

Elki nodded and they turned and walked away. They are weird...

Namjoon- Hey,what's up?

Me- Y/N's dad passed

Jin- Yo...now would be a good time for your surprise

Me- No because 1 its not 100% finished and 2 her DAD just died...she doesn't need me asking for her love back

They nodded and the bell rang. I closed my locker and we walked to our own classes.

Y/N's POV

At around 1:40,I got a nock on the door. Wendy left to hand with Tao and mom and them left..

Me- Lisa,Elki?

Both- Y/N!

They hugged me tight and I hugged back,trying not to cry. They broke and took out a book.

Me- What's this?

Elki- A book..open it

I let them in and we sat on the couch. I looked at the and they nodded. I opened the book and I felt a wave of tears go down my face. It was a photo book of all of the times dad ruined our sleepovers,party's and him cooking. I smiled and tears up. At the end was a note. Something my dad always said:

"You are beautiful, smart,intelligent and funny. You don't have to change for ANYONE and what ever boy comes your way and steals your heart best love you for you and not your beauty."

Me- Thanks guys

Lisa- Unnie,we didn't make it

Elki- Jungkook did...

I stared at them shook.

Me- H-how?

Lisa- He wanted to show you his much he is sorry for your dad. We gave him photos and the quote and he made a book in art

Elki- He is so kind.

I looked to the book and smiled. 

Me- Yeah...hey you guys want some food? I have some Japchae from last night.... Jungkook sent it

They smiled and nodded. I got up and they turned on the TV. I invited Sehun and Luhan to come play "Just Dance". We all had a good time,but I kept thinking of the whole Jungkook book thing.
