Not Only in My Dreams

Ch 4.) Rosalie..

History went by just as fast as chemistry. I think it was the fact that I hardly paid attention to class and just talked with the Cullen brothers.

Jasper asked me if I wanted to join the rest of his family at lunch, to which I agreed. I didn't know any one else at this school and I wanted to talk more with him and Emmett. Making our way through the lunch line I noticed jasper wasn't getting anything. I looked at him quizzically and he just claimed that he wasn't hungry.

After getting my salad and water, Jasper led me to the table that I assumed was where him and his siblings normally ate. I looked at Emmett and gave him a cheeky smile, but noticed a girl next to him giving me daggers with her golden eyes.

"Y/N this is my girlfriend and adoptive sibling Jessica" oh that explains the daggers.

"Hello Jessica it's nice to meet you, Emmett has told me so much about you" I told her with a small smile hoping to get on her good side. she smiled back at me as I sat down on the other side of Emmett, "Nice to meet you as well" she said formally.

To my right was, I thought going to be Jasper, but I was surprised to see a petite girl with pixie hair and golden eyes smiling widely at me. She captured me in a hug  "Hi, my name is Alice, I'm Jasper's girlfriend. I know we are going to be great friends!" she said after releasing me from her hug. Her smile was contagious as I replied with a "nice to meet you"

I turned Emmett to quietly ask him if there were anymore siblings just going to pop up and attack me with hugs, to which he laughed loudly and said "Yes two more siblings... but I doubt either of them would attack with a 'hug' "

well that's not intimidating at all.

Just then I noticed a boy with light brown mess of hair and gold eyes, must be the other sibling, which leaves one more. The skinny boy was opening the door for.. holy shit.

Its her.

This can't be happening. This is how I die, from a panic attack. I go to get up so I can flee but I feel two strong, but different,  hands on both of my shoulders keeping me in place. Noticing Emmett trying to contain a full blown smile while Alice was practically jumping out of her seat.

I looked back to Emmett pleadingly before he turned back to the two who just walked in. "Hey Edward and Rosalie, just in time." he continued to grin. He's up to something I thought while narrowing my eyes at him refusing to meet the only pair of gold eyes I have yet to meet. "this is my new friend Y/N, Y/N these are the other two siblings we were just talking about" he continued.

I slowly turned to Edward and gave a small smile and wave. "hello Y/N" oh. my. god. her voice is unreal. I met those ever so unique gold eyes and its like my entire world stopped. I found that I was probably staring too long so I cleared my throat and mumbled a pathetic "Hi" as they were in the process of sitting down.

The rest of lunch went by  with them asking me questions and me avoiding those golden eyes that left me paralyzed. I swear I'm a hopeless romantic. She is obviously the girl of my dreams, literally, but there is no way she is even slightly gay.

Emmett could tell something was up with me and he seemed to find it amusing. I noticed Rosalie was intently listening to everything that I was telling her family about my life. Well at least she didn't hate me.

The rest of the day went by fast. I had bio right after lunch with Edward and he was very nice and then I had English with Alice last. It was upsetting I didn't have any classes with Rosalie, but also a blessing. I just know I'd get all nervous and make a fool out of myself.

Walking out of school with Alice by my side I made my way to my car. I noticed a certain blonde haired beauty admiring my baby and a pixie haired girl ditching me.  "like what you see?" wow where did that confidence come from?

She smirked as she looked at me beside her, "very much" she said with a wink before she turned to head over to her siblings and their cars.

I stood there over analyzing everything that just occurred. She definitely was only talking about the car right? she can't be gay and even if she was why would she be interested in me?

I decided I'd try to get more information about Rosalie from Emmett tomorrow in chemistry, just to validate my reasoning, and then maybe I can function around her. I hoped in my car and drove home.
