Kurami fought for her freedom as soon as she was able to move once again. However because they were already in Orochimaru's base. It didn't really make a difference. Orochimaru looked at the two Uchiha with a smirk. Once Kurami found an opening she punched Kabuto in the gut making him fall to his knees in pain letting go of her. She ran at Orochimaru but was stopped by Sasuke as he wrapped his arms around hers pulling her back. Orochimaru chuckled at her futile attempt to get to him. "Well well. I did tell you I would have both of you did I not? Kurami." He emphasized her name making her glare at him more intensely. Orochimaru sent Kabuto to lead Kurami and Sasuke to their rooms.

During Sasuke's first day of training, Kurami refused to help in any form of way. This greatly upset Orochimaru. Later in the night that night Orochimaru walked into Kurami's room. She jolted awake sensing him. Orochimaru lunged at her grabbing her by the throat. She clawed at his wrist but his grip only tightened. "Listen Misty Uchiha. You will do as I say, you will obey my orders and you will help Sasuke get stronger. Your not in your domain anymore. Therefore you must heed to the demands of this one." She kicked him and he stumbled back. She coughed on the floor trying to regain her breath. He quickly got up and threw his foot down on her back making her collapse onto the floor with his foot on her back. "Get off me you stupid snake!" He glared down at her and pushed more pressure. She clawed at the floor in a futile escape. He only got onto his knees digging his knee in her back. She let a cry of pain. "Alright! I get it! I'll help the brat!" He smirked in victory and got off her walking to the door. "Meet us outside in the morning." She laid on the floor in pain as he left.

The next morning she did as told. Sasuke was shocked to see she had given in so fast. Orochimaru hummed in approval. "Good. You came. I leave him in your hands Lady." He was cut off with her glare. "It's Kurami." He chuckled at her silent demand to not speak her real name. Orochimaru left the two going back a bit to watch them train. She sighed turning to Sasuke. "Alright. What are you working on?" Sasuke put his hands into his pockets. "We were starting with enhancing my lightning." She nodded standing as tall as she could with the pain in her back. "Alright, let's start with that Chidori of yours. That's a kind of basic Jutsu. Let me show you what I'm going to teach you." She began making fast hand signs before putting her hands together lighting them with the electric spark of lightning. His eyes widened seeing the jutsu. She threw her hands on the ground towards Orochimaru. He quickly jumped into the air to avoid the electric shock that channeled through the ground towards him. The end of the jutsu resulted in an explosion where Orochimaru once stood. Her attack earned her a glare. She smirked at Orochimaru and turned back to Sasuke. "Here's the hand signs." She showed them to him slowly. He nodded before trying it out. He only managed to get on hand lit and ended up shocking himself. She laughed at his misfortune and walked up to him. "Here, you're not doing it right." She grabbed his hands and began making him form the right hand signs. She held his hands together and felt how much chakra he was using. She looked up at him. "You need more chakra. Try infusing some more." He nodded and focused his chakra. Lighting one hand. She shook her head. "More than that." He nodded once more and fused more lighting up both. She moved away and nodded at him. "Now aim it through the ground at something." He turned and threw his hands on the ground but it didn't go very far and blew up the ground a few feet from them. She sighed. "You need to keep that flow going, increase it more for longer distances." She walked away from him. "Come get me once you've got the hang of it." He frowned at her as she walked back into the base. Orochimaru glared at her as she passed him but she gave him a smirk.

A few days later Kurami snook out of the base and took off into the woods. She stopped a bit of a ways in sensing a familiar chakra. She turned towards them as they walked out to her. "Itachi. What are you doing here?" He walked till he was in front of her. "I was sent out to meet with a spy for the Akatsuki. I'm heading the mist." She nodded and smiled softly at him. He frowned looking down at her. "What about you? What brings you out here? This is far from the village." She frowned looking at the ground. "Sasuke kidnapped me and took me with him to Orochimaru. That stupid snake bastard wants me to train your brother." She shivered at the thought of snakes. "What a worse person to go to. I hate snakes." Itachi chuckled at her. "How did my little brother manage to capture a woman like you?" She crossed her arms pouting and looked away. "The ass hole drugged me." Itachi began laughing which infuriated her. "It isn't funny!" He calmed his laughter and pat her head. "Taken out by a drug. Oh what has this world come to? By the way how are things going between you two?" She sighed letting her hands drop to her sides. "Your brother seems to like me." Itachi smiled softly at her. "Have you considered dating? I'm sure you two would hit it off pretty well." She gawked st him. "You can't be serious? I'm not dating him while he's with this snake bastard." He caressed the side of her face gently rubbing his thumb on her cheek. "Give him a chance. You do have both of us to choose from you know. Don't worry. I'll wait for your final decision. If you choose Sasuke then I'm fine with that." She frowned at him. "You deserve happiness too Itachi." He nodded and leaned down giving her a soft kiss. She put her hand over his retuning the kiss. He moved back letting his hand drop. "As long as your doing well and are happy, then I'm happy." She smiled softly at him but sighed. "What am I going to do with you boys? You know who I really am and we still get along. Sasuke has fallen for a false name. Everything is so complicated." He nodded and she looked at the sky. "I should be going back Itachi. Orochimaru and Sasuke will be up in a few hours." He gave her a small nod before giving one last kiss. She wrapped her arms around his neck pulling him to her to deepen the kiss, in which he wrapped his arms around her waist pulling her closer to him." They shared a passionate kiss before he let her go and she ran off back to the base.
