"I'm sorry. He's gone." The pack doctor told me. There was a scream that I had no idea where it came from. Until I realized it was me. I was screaming and crying his name. Begging him to come back...
I gasped and my body stiffened. "Hey. Hey." A voice mumbled next to me and they wrapped their arm around my waist. I took a deep breath. "It's not safe for the baby for you to stress, baby girl." Quinn's voice told me before he kissed my cheek.
"I'm sorry. I had the nightmare again." I whispered. Quinn touched my cheek. "Well I'm here. I'm not gone, babe." He told me before kissing my cheek again. I nuzzled into him and sighed. "I know." I said.
"Okay. Well I'll be here if you need me." He told me when I started to fall asleep. "Night, love." He whispered. "Night, my strong alpha."
