Cass
Richie wiggled his eyebrows at me from the from seat of Bill's moms car. The whole journey, he had the overhead mirror pulled down, staring at Bill and I. There was really nothing to stare at, we simply sat how we were before, but like we all knew now, everything had changed. Our feelings were out there now, Bill's and my own. If you'd have told me a few weeks ago that i'd be calling him boyfriend, I would've laughed in your face.
"Oh shit, the door's are broken, aren't they guys?" Richie hinted as he pretended to pull on the door handle.
"Oh my gosh!" Stan's hands hovered over the door handle, barely even touching. "Looks like were stuck in here."
"G-guys? Were tog-gether now. You don't-t need thes-se little sc-chemes anymore." Bill smirked.
"Plus the fact that they have a door too." Eddie huffed.
I laughed, leaning over and pushing the door open.
"I as-sume your staying over ton-night?" Bill asked me as we all piled out of the car on his driveway.
"Oh yeah sure." Richie butted in. "I'll take the bed."
"Shut up." Stan slapped him.
"You're such a dick." Richie scoffed, adjusting his glasses.
"Language." Mrs Denbrough sung, walking past us and unlocking the front door. She took Richie's foul mouth as a joke now, everyone knew he wasn't breaking away from that habit. He'd heard it from his alcoholic mother so often, it was second nature for him.
"I'm going back home, my dad will kill me if I don't come home again. I need to rehearse my bar mitzvah. Again. For the millionth time." Stan rolled his eyes.
"That man pushes you too hard, Stanley boy." I patted his back.
"Well, you know what they say. 'Grant me the serenity to accept things I cannot change, the courage to change things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.' This is one of those things I can't change." Stanley Uris, everything to him was studied on a philosophical level.
"Grant me pizza rolls, hot chicks and a new bike and I'll be as happy as clam, forget all of that law school shit." Richie Tozier, plays off his own stupidity with humour and sarcasm.
"Get help!" Stan waved as he rode his bike down the street.
"I'm trying!" Richie waved back.
"I'm staying over tonight. Give my mom a day to cool off about me setting foot in a hospital." Eddie shivered.
"I'll stay too, I still need revenge on Eddie for scalping me in hide and seek." Richie halved his eyes.
"And I still need revenge for you knocking me out." I halved my own eyes at Richie.
"And I wanna see this!" Mike smiled and jumped up.
"Come on in, i'll order pizza." Bill's mother waved us in.
:::
"No way! I called it before any of you!" Richie rolled his eyes.
"Nu-uh. It was definitely me." Eddie argued. "I knew they were getting together, I made bets. Speaking of, you owe me 5 dollars, Mike."
"Why are you b-betting on Cass and I-I?" Bill smiled.
"The first time you two ever spoke I knew you'd get together." Mike stated.
"I know exactly what's gonna happen next." Richie smirked as we all turned our attention to him, he was now making obscene gestures with his hands.
