Cass
After yesterday, the whole Teddy incident, the guys insisted that today be the same as yesterday, all of us staying together that is. Today, we all hung down near the barrens, the boys decided to make a damm.
"I know it's gonna work! I read it in a book!" Richie shouted, followed by a thud from a huge plank of wood being thrown into the water from high above. Richie looked up, on the bridge stood Eddie, a look of pure fear on his face at the fact he'd soaked Richie head to toe. "I'm sorry, Richie! Don't kill me!"
"Come down here and help me, maybe then I'll leave this whole incident be!" Richie yelled. He was the most dramatic person i'd ever met.
"You look b-beautiful tod-day." Bill sat down beside me, wrapping his arm around my shoulder.
"I look worse than I do normally and that's bad enough." I laughed, but it was fake. Bill knew it.
"Really? I didn't n-notice, the light from your h-halo is blind-ding me." Bill smirked.
"Richie told you that one?" I asked.
"I won't use it ag-gain." He shook his head with a laugh.
"Not cool bro, now she's gonna tell all of her lady friends about that little line and they won't be completely jazzed when I use it!" Richie yelled.
"Would they have been 'jazzed' anyways?" I asked.
"Oh yeah, defi-" Richie was cut off by the sound of Eddie, speaking up from on the bridge.
"I'm bored." He stated.
"And I'm talking." Richie said back in the exact same tone and the two held eye contact for a good 7 seconds.
"Help!" We heard a sharp cry, as a boy i'd seen around school a few times, Ben I believe, stumbled into the water with a bloody shirt and a sweat-coated forehead.
"What the fuck happened to you?" Richie asked, standing in his same position as we all ran to help the boy.
"H-Henry." The boy breathed, as if the beating had knocked all life and energy out of him.
"That asshole, come on kid."

"Wait here." Eddie stated as Ben sat on an old milk crate outside of Mr Keene's pharmacy.
We all walked in, immediately walking towards the medical supplies. "Guys, we don't have enough." Eddie whispered.
"It's alright, I'll handle this." I said.
"I'll go with you, Mr Keene has a thing for younger women." I heard a smooth voice behind me, turning to see a redheaded girl.
I didn't question it, I simply linked arms with the girl and walked up to the counter with her. "Hey, Mr Keene." I smiled, reaching over the counter to smooth his ugly ass tie. That thing looked like my Grandmother's carpet.
"I like your glasses, Mr Keene." The redhead beside me smiled, reaching out to touch the frames of his spectacles.
"Yeah, they make you look a lot like, Clark Kent!" I lied, he looked like a frog.
"Yeah, can I try them?" She asked, to which he, a little too eagerly, handed them over to her. She slid them on, looking at him through her lashes and the glare of the glass.
"Wow, don't you think she looks a lot like Lois Lane?" I asked.
"Yeah," He blushed, almost like a schoolboy with his first crush. But he wasn't a boy, he was a man, triple our age. Disgusting. "An awful lot like her actually."
"Well, here." She took the glasses off, and handed them back, in the process knocking down about a million things from the counter. "Oh gosh, I'm so sorry." She lied, as the man leaned down to clean the mess, she nabbed a pack of smokes from the counter. The boys were long gone now, so we could flee too.
We left the pharmacy and entered an atmosphere that didn't smell so strongly of disgusting old man and plasters. "Thanks for that," I smiled, waiting for a name.
"Beverly, and thank you." She smiled, waving the cigarettes in her hand. "What was that all about?"
"Oh, we found a boy all cut up and bloody, Henry Bowers." I said and she shook her head in understanding.
"Well, maybe I'll see you." She smiled and was about to walk off.
"Wait! What are you doing tomorrow?" I asked.
"Nothing, why?"
"I'm the only girl in the group and you, well, you look like, li-" She cut me off.
"Like a loner? Yeah, you're not wrong." She laughed.
"Okay, well, you'll join us then?" I was hopeful.
"Yeah sure, why not." She smiled.
"I'm telling you! I'm gonna storm into that backroom and knock his head off of his shoulders! Who does he think he is! Dirty old ma- Oh they're here." Richie rounded the corner, obviously afraid that we were still in the pharmacy with the not-so-subtle weirdo. "Well who's this hot mama."
"This is Bev, she's gonna be hanging with us for a little while. That is, if you guys don't scare her off." I laughed.
"Speaking of scared, Ben's pretty shaken up." Eddie appeared, wiping some vibrant blood from his fingers.
"Hanscom?" Bev immediately looked worried when Eddie nodded back at her. She pushed through the crowd of boys and peeked round the wall, running to Ben's side.
"Ben, are you okay?" She asked, clearly worried about the chubby boy in front of her.
"I'm fine, i'm fine." He sighed, he clearly was not okay, but he put up a front, probably to show Bev how tough he was. I smiled at the thought. "You guys, You guys saved me." He spoke with a slight lisp, only evident when you listened in closely, only evident when you focused on every syllable that came from his mouth. "How can I repay you?"
"You could help us get Henry back for everything that he's done to us losers."
A/N: sorry this is getting terrible now but it will get better I swear x
