Joey starts kissing me again, I pull away.
A: I'm good.
A little bit goes by, I look at my phone.
A: Joey we've been gone for 30 minuets. We should probably go back now.
J: Okay.
Joey grabs my hand and we start walking out of the cave, we get back to where we sat our stuff. Charles comes up to us.
C: Where were you guys? And why are you together?

A: I went to go explore after I went to the snack bar.
C: Why is Joey with you?
J: She ran into me when she was exploring so we came back together.
C: Weren't you going to the bathroom?
J: Yeah but I went to the one across the beach because the other one had a line of people.
C: Oh. Okay well we're leaving in 2 hours.
A: Okay.
Charles, Joey and Aaron go back into the water while I lay on my towel and sun tan, my phone starts ringing a few minutes later. I look and see that Mark is FaceTiming me, I answer it.
A: Hi Mark.
M: Hey Ava. What's up?
A: Nothing. I'm sun tanning.
M: Oh.
A: What are you doing?
M: Talking to you and playing X-Box.
A: Oh.
Me and Mark talk for a little bit longer, 2 hours go by and we leave. When we get home I walk inside and put my stuff in my room, I get changed into comfy clothes and lay on my bed. I fall asleep a little bit later, Charles walks in my room a few hours later.
C: It's dinner time.
A: Go away. I'm tired.
Charles walks out my room closing the door, I move around and lay down on my stomach. Someone walks in my room again.
J: It's dinner time.
A: Go away. I'm trying to sleep. Charles already told me.
J: Oh.
Joey walks out of my room, I wake up to my phone going off. I look and see that it's a notification from YouNow saying that Mark is going live, I log into YouNow and start watching it.
M: Hi guys! How was your day? Mine was okay. I wanted to talk to you guys about something or someone I guess. This person is really close to me and really close to my heart.
I start looking at the comments, some people start asking who it is.
M: This person I'm talking about is my best friend and I hangout with them everyday almost but I've had some feelings that never really went away when I met this person. The feelings didn't go away like I thought they would. I love them very much and I just wanted to get that out and tell you guys.
I take a drink of my water sitting on my nightstand.
M: I have feelings for my best friend Ava Gitnick.
My eyes go wide and I almost choke on the water, I quickly start typing.
A: @Duhitzmark why didn't u tell me this? Text me❣️
Mark must have read the comment because he instantly ended the broadcast, I go to text him but he doesn't look at the texts,Charles walks up to my room.
C: Why did Mark just delete all of his social media's?
A: I don't know.
I start texting him even more.
A: How come u never told me this?
A: Cmon Mark answer me.
A: Why did u delete every social media?
A: Please just answer me.
A: Don't ignore me.
He doesn't look at the texts, I put my phone back on the dresser and look up at my ceiling and start thinking. I think and realize that Nathan Trisha knows Mark, I get up and walk downstairs and head to Charles.
A: Charles I need your phone.
C: What? Why?
A: Because you know Nathan Triska and Nathan knows Mark and I can't get a hold of Mark so I need to ask Nathan if he can get a hold of Mark.
C: You know Mark is coming to L.A in 2 weeks for Digitour right?
A: Yes I know that but I want to know if Mark is still going to come so I can talk to him about what just happened.
C: What happened?
A: Just nothing.
C: I'm not giving you my phone but I'll give you Nathan's number.
A: Okay.
After I get Nathan's number I walk back upstairs and text him.
A: Hi Nathan🙂 this is Ava Gitnick, Charles sister. I was wondering if u can get a hold of Mark? I want to know if he's still coming to L.A so I can talk to him about something.
N: Hey Ava🙃, he's still coming. We were just texting. I can have him meet you at the beach when he comes.
A: Okay😀 thanks Nathan
(1 WEEK LATER)
I'm sitting downstairs watching tv when I get a call from my mom.
M: Hi hunny.
A: Hi mom. What's up?
M: Well I have a question.
A: Okay. What is it?
M: So Mark, just walked up to the door and handed me a note then he walked away and he looked like he was crying.
A: Oh.
M: Do you know what's wrong with him?
A: I think so. Can you send me a picture of the note?
M: Yeah. Read it then call me back.
A: Okay.
I hang up and mom sends me a picture of the note, I start reading it. "Hi Ava, I gave this note to your mom because you're in L.A. I'm sorry for what I said earlier and I understand if you don't feel the same way and I'm sorry for putting it all over the internet and sorry that I'm ignoring you. Nathan texted me and asked if I could meet you at the beach when I get to L.A. I'll meet you at the beach at 1 pm." ~Mark Thomas
